Ask yourself also the question "If Sergio win at 154, is it legit?". It goes two way, so I think 150 is the most credible weight that both would get recognition.
i checked the secondary market for Firepower 3 days before the fight and the best seat was 45K+ and the next best was 25k+.... it was ridicuolusly high
It is well known that brits are far richers than pinoys. anyway comes fight night, the brits going sing and shout a different song. and pacquiao's name gonna be in it ;)
this is no surprise, hatton twice as many tickets as any fighter in the world-and people were wondering why he wanted a 50-50 split?
PPV still gives the bulk of revenue dude. Ticket sale wont even come close so your argument is pointless.
wow what a shocking revelation. the evidence is irreputable. A very good move by Oskee. Lose the fight to Pacquiao then retire because of embarassment, promote hatton vs pac rather than fight hatton himself and get less money. He did get money from betting against himself anyway. :p A very smart move indeed. :D
:crackhead
even if you didnt understand the whole language in the interview, it is pretty clear that he wants to fight mayweather, judging by the clips and occasional english spoken.
Pacquiao about Mayweather: "He is good but not that good" :D

ORLANDO -- Floyd Mayweather's highly anticipated return to boxing will have to wait a little while longer. On Sunday Mayweather announced that he would be postponing his July 18 welterweight showdown with Juan Manuel Marquez after suffering a rib injury in training camp.
"I am extremely disappointed that this fight has to be postponed," said Mayweather. "I was training very hard and looking forward to getting back in the ring on July 18th."
With boxing's No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter, Manny Pacquiao, still searching for his next opponent, there was some speculation that Mayweather (39-0, 25 KOs)may have been looking for an excuse to get out of a fight with Marquez (50-4-1, 37 KOs) and move straight to a mega fight with Pacquiao.
But Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who promotes Marquez, told SI.com on Sunday that the contract between Marquez and Mayweather is still in place and the fight would be rescheduled in the fall.
"It's a legitimate injury," said Schaefer. "We have talked to a doctor. My understanding is that it is muscle related. It's a tough injury for Floyd because he was looking to fight twice this year. Now he is probably only going to get to fight once."
HBO senior VP Mark Taffet told SI.com the network has an open schedule in the fall and plans on airing the fight whenever Mayweather is ready to fight. Taffet said that HBO will hold production on the Emmy Award-winning reality series 24/7 but resume production whenever Mayweather declares himself fit.
Said Marquez, "I was very disappointed to hear the news about the fight being postponed. I will remain focused, in shape and ready to fight whenever the fight is rescheduled for."
is it the ribs or just the muscles on the ribs? :D might not be that serious after all as the others are assuming :p
ever see other sparring clips of pac before? Sometime he lets his sparmates hit him at will at the ropes.. must be one of those moment that was shown in 24/7.
After midnite. Manny is huge star.
Yes. He comes on right before the infomercial for the Real Estate courses.
lol somebody here is jealous. Your guy was guest in what, a internet radio and got his ass punked while Pac is on national tv. You are a very sad sad guy. :D
Just read ESPN, it says that f they did not change contract being the fight @ 144 in last hour, Marquez could have gotten more than $600k. Marquez just got robbed big time here. not only in weight but also in cash...
If they did not change the 144 lbs contracted weight, marquez could have gotten more money coz he would have taken a 10% of Floyd's purse. Its a doulbe injustce for marquez. Screwed on weight and money.
JMMs motivation in winning is the 3rd fight with Pac so I guess he'd take peanuts coz if he win wins he gets Pac. But its a fu**d up tho if his guaranteed price is lowered coz he deserves better than 2M..
wow it is funny that a lot of people here are sucked in into the hype machine of freddie roach and company. Its all drama, something to talk about. I think he is doing it to make Cotto believe that Pacman will come unprepared or distracted come fight night.
Floyd fans are spinning things around even tho facts are clearly on the table and will now say that FLOYD not getting the bigger split is a legit reason for ducking PACQUIAO.:banghead::nonono:
People asking the fight at 147 for Pac/Cotto should also agree for Floyds/Marquez at 147. but I see a lot here who posted floyd is a bitch for asking marquez fight in 144. :dunno:
where are the people now who lambasted Cliff for grading Pac's power equal to Cotto in his Pre-fight report. lololol :D I think they need to give some apology Cliff :boxing:
