Do you think brokers loss makes Floyd realize just how important his 0 is. There's only one way to get away with that persona n that's to win. Im a Floyd fan n broner can bounce back, I don't really hate on him, but I think in his case is was just deserts because he got caught up in his own hype a little. In Floyd's case if he does lose he's still a great but is that 0 that even more important due to the "swag" and the persona? Broner had trash n sh*t thrown at him after fight. His whole carreer all he's does is signed the contract, trained hard, showed up, and whupped arse, an thats what i like him and should be respected 4 dat. when it comes down to the sport of boxing, who dedicates themselve to their craft as much as he does (and from a young age). the only one who comes close to the work ethic of floyd is bernard hopkins, that shows through his longevity, his shape for his age and his boxing savvy. he might not be everyones cups of tea (mines tetleys by the way) n he gets himself into trouble, but at the end of the day thats just something extra he brings to the table, drama, conversation, its good for publicity and forums like this or half the time we'd hav bugger all to chat about. i bet a third of the threads in this whole forum has floyd or his familys name attatched to it and the pacquiao fight will come, its just extra drama building up and anticipation, everyones too impatient

all this mayweather pacquaio talk is killing boxing. we r focusing on a maximum of 5 guys in the sport and in 2 years all the big names r gonna b gone, mayweather, pacquaio, haye, maybe hopkins n mosley. like some1 else said on here, the most anticipated fight of the year (williams-martinez) only sold 5000 tickets. its a disgrace. and the number of bandwagon fans who have jumped on boxing the past few years but no nothing about it will dissapear into thin air.

come on guys floyd just fought shane mosley a legitimate p4p best ww an looked good doing it. he had a rough 2nd year but kept his composure and domitated throughout. pacquaio is now proclaimed to be no1 p4p best fighter in the world n fighting margarito. a guy with a 2 year layoff who mosley violently knocked out in his last fight ( i know hes had another opponent since manny in mexico or somethin who was **** n he looked sloppy as fuk) i could break it down even more but i dont wanna seem like im skoolin u. im not a flomo and i agree a fight with paquiao would b tough for floyd (not his toughest though and floyd would win), but on the dodgin factor i think floyd is just doing what everyone else in boxing does which is the smart thing for themself financially. fans get irritated when boxers fight for money but this is there job, when you try an carry the whole sport on your shoulders you lose out.

Don't u think it's funny how the 2 unknowns and underdogs of the tourney are now the 2 everone is talking bout and half the people on here sayin ward gonna win the whole thing. Which promoters do you guys like or hate And out of all the promoters (besides de la hoya), who earns the most. My fav's are: 1.saeurland promotions (extremely good european promoters) 2.lou di bella (stand up guy) 3.gary shaw (most unproffesional guy in the world but a joker) worst 1.don king (his fighters never seem to get anywhere. hope that doesnt happen with devon alexander 2.frank warren (excellent promoter if you are still within 15 fights. when it gets to progression stages and getting in there with better opponents he chooses money over his fighters). thats why all the talented fighters left him 3. bob arum. he is just a dick and for some reason he never ever respects mayweather

im from london and even im sayin audley is a bag of bollocks. talks such a high game and NEVER delivers. i dont care that he hurt his shoulder (and i watched the fight it wasnt in the 2nd round he stopped throwing the right so thats an over exageration) because he didnt show any defensive skill either, he was landing less shots, getting hit more and was down by 5 rounds on all judges scorecards. Sprott lost because of 2 reasons: 1. sprotts corner should have noticed the "right hand issue". if they told sprott to jump on that side of his body from around the 5th, jabbing his shoulder, roughin him up on the inside and throw looping right hands over the top it would have broke him down easily. Instead they let him stay on the outside quite a bit where his arms and body were protected and out of way. 2. the way sprott came out in the 12th was reckless. he had it in the bag by a long margin and just needed to box his way to the finish. instead he came out throwing reckless punches trying to fight fire with fire because his trainers told him that audley might jump on him. AGAIN IF THEY HAD OF NOTICED HIS RIGHT HAND WAS ****ED THEY WOULDNT OF TOLD HIM TO DO THAT.

Jones Knows he cant go the distance and hopkins knows he has to win by knockout to avoid the critics. Jones didnt look too good on the scales, i actually thought that as soon as i saw the photos but then when i watched the weigh in and found out he didnt actually make weight 1st time round it puts further doubts in my mind that roy will win. its dissapointing because i want roy to win, just for the sheer fact that hopkins is my p4p most overrated boxer. I agree hes a legend but at this particular point in time to be no2 or 3 p4p in the world and has been for a while now is like they just forgot he was on it!!!
