I'd be madder about Pac-Valero than Pac-Margarito. Valero's career would never be the same after the beating Pac would have given him.

Valero could only fight in Texas.... so they would of fought in the Cowboy Stadium

No because before his death Freddie brought up Edwin as a possible replacement if the Floyd fight didn't get made in Nov.......only for Arum to shoot it down. Arum said he need more time to build Valero so the fight would sell. FWIW there was a stipulation when Valero signed that guaranteed him a fight with Manny. Only way it wouldn't happen is if Manny retired but again I know Arum would have pushed for that fight hard. Honestly this was my dream fight for Manny and Edwin would still be alive if he would have stayed in Japan instead of going back to Venezuela.
