pac would obviously beat katsidis. because his faster and stronger and katsidis has a crap chin. but it was great when katsidis beat amansot and gave him a blood clot.

Floyd's style of counterpunching, the Philly shell, is vulnerable to southpaw fighters. The Philly shell has Floyd's shoulders turned to his right almost perpendicular to his opponent, giving great protection against an opponent's right-hand blows at the expense of some vulnerability against the opponent's left-hand blows. Floyd has used his speed to make up for his left-hand vulnerability.
He will be a step slower adjusting the Philly to a southpaw, and that lost step will be his undoing. Zab Judah, a speedy southpaw, would have beaten Mayweather had he not gassed in the later rounds.
The style matchup actually favors Pacquiao.

How would Pac not training well and struggling in sparring be good for selling the fight? Who would really think "well, since Pac has looked horrible in training I will now order this"?
A lot of people want to see a fight not knowing who will win. Almost no one gives Margarito a chance. Therefore many people think this is a lopsided fight. Many posters here have even accused Pac of cherrypicking Margo.
Manny being unprepared makes it more interesting as, that way, in the minds of the many, "Margo has a a chance".
