Strait up, who had more success? Floyd pretty much dominated both and IMO, he is too good for these two with his size advantage.

Not saying this will happen, but if itt was a non-PPV event, say it was on CBS, hell even standard HBO/Showtime. Would you support this fight?

Some flomo's got me thinking. If Pacquiao is to not get credit for beating DLH, Hatton and Mosley because they were "floyd's leftovers" what does that say about some of Floyd's previous oponents. Two of Floyds best wins under 140lbs was against Corralles and Castillo. Now it can be argued that Diego's best win was against Castillo, and Castillo's best win was against Coralles, but doesn't that mean that their best wins were against Floyd's leftovers? If the best they could manage was to beat Floyd's leftovers, how good were they?

I remember vs Mosley, Floyd started the testing on March 22nd (2 weeks into camp), just wondering if this time around they're actually going to be testing throughout the whole camp. Lets remember too, the last test was conducted 18 days before the fight, that means they received testing for only 4 weeks out of their 8 week camps.

Dude is the only guy since JMM that actually continued to fight after taking the best from Pac. Cotto ran, Clottey hid in his shell, and now Mosley ran with fear in his eyes. Also, why is nobody commenting on the bodywork pac was landing. there were some wicked lefts to the body landed last night, interesting to see him throwing lead-lefts to the body like that.

Seriously, wtf is with this bs of everyone insisting Pac fights Martinez. As much as I'd like to see that fight, it doesn't make sense due to the size disparity. Martinez is a full-sized middleweight. Pacquiao is effectively still a jr.WW that fights WW's. Y'all say Pac's 154 title was a bs paper title nabbed from a non-contender yet you expect Pac to defend that title...against a 160lber?!? Guess it all boils down to the fact that haters just can't stop hating.

I keeps seeing this issue brought up when talks about the mayweather fight..."can't beat May without a jab". I'm not saying Pac has an ATG jab, but he seems to have a pretty solid, quick jab and uses it well for opening up his opponents in the past. I think he tends to do an I remember hearing Roach comment on it before stating jabs from southpaw stance is overrated vs orthodox and that's why they don't rely on it much. Realizing how Pac has shut down his past opponents jabs with right hooks, it only makes sense that the opposite can be done to him. May has a great counter left hook and Pac throwing alot of jabs would be plain stupid in that fight, just like May throwing his to the body.

Flomos are so upset Pacquiao is fighting Margarito and say its a pointless match because it will be such a one sided fight. The people they'd rather see Pacquiao fight are guys that are fighting 2 weight classes higher than pac is now. Seriously, they believe the only challenges for Pacquiao are Mayweather or guys that would effectively be in Pacquiao's 10th weight class!!! Now that's respect!:banana:

So tonight is the ESPY Awards and I read that both Mayweather and Pacquiao will be in attendance. Could the silence from Mayweather be broken tonight?!?

Since its obvious the Flomos don't want him to fight PBF. I mean Pac is such an underdog and below Floyd in every aspect in life and obviously a cheater (wait, he cheats to be a "bum" ?!?) and isn't worth Floyd's precious time since he isn't a PPV draw. Who should Pac fight instead?!?

On December 28th the NSAC required that both Pacquiao and Mayweather submitted urine tests within 48 hours. We heard news of Pac taking the test and being clear but I've yet to find one article that mentioned Mayweather even took the test. Has anyone heard of this, I know its probably pointless but the silence caught my attention.

What if Pac doesn't seem so small come fight night. What if he weighs in at a healthy 145, comes in 150ish fight night and doesn't show a weakness to Cotto's bodywork (either avoids or unhurt) I see too many people thinking Cotto is just too huge for Pac (and rightfully so). I'm just thinking that Pac wont really look that small next to Cotto and I'd be surprised if Pac doesn't train with some heavy-hitting body punchers to build up his resistance. Will Cotto have the tools to beat Pac if his size and body-work is taken out of the equation? Will his timing be affective against Pac's syncopated style?

Just want to know if people think Armstrong would have been able to acheive what he did if he had to box in modern times. Taking into consideration all the rule changes, gloves, low number of fights, politics, etc is it possible for anyone to achieve what he did?

I was reading a comparison thread of jmm/pbf catchweight vs cotto/pac and it got me thinking. One of the biggest issues people have with jmm/pbf is that jmm is new to the weight and he's unproven to be successful at that weight. Given that so many people don't give Pac credit for his fights at 140 and 147, how can they say he's proven at those weights? Its kinda silly to say Pac's a LWW at the same time his one fight at that weight was a "fluke" where Hatton could have been knocked out by anybody. So which is it, did he prove himself above 140 against hatton and DLH or were the flukes and he should still be considered a 135 pounder?
