Why hasn't he signed the contract?
The contract was agreed to by Mayweather's representatives, but the boxer has yet to sign.

Would you agree to a contract you haven't seen? There's been no confirmation that Arum and Pac have even discussed the offer yet!
Mayweather has seen the contract. If the contract wasn't reasonable or good, Bob Arum would have not flew to Manilla. Bob Arum has seen the contract.
Agreeing to it is a big step up and if Pacquiao agrees, then they'll both sign the contract. Mayweather has agreed to the fight, Pacquiao has not and it looks terrible for him not to.

TS is a retard,
Contract cant be made until both parties agree on what is in the contract.........
Idiot
Hey braniac, my point wasn't that the contract was finalized, it was to quell the dumbasses (such as yourself) that Even if Pac signed the contract right now, it would not be official! Guess your vast intelligence prevented you from realizing that:banghead:
He seems serious enough to take negotiations this far(more than can be said for the times when he's been blamed with ducking competition, mosley, cotto margaritto etc) Arum (who is no fan of mayweather) apparently feels confident enough to present it to manny as representing something that mayweather's camp (and suggestively arum as well)thinks is resonable. We'll see if manny agrees, but the bobfather just got to the phillipines and it will take time.
GTFO !!!!! if floyd did this u and all of NSB would be rippin him a new asshole right now.
If he did this?!? Did What? Wait for his promoter to meet with him and discuss the contract?!? Arum got to the PI this morning and is set to meet with Pac tonight or tormorrow morning. Only haters would rip either fighter for not having signed the contract before they've seen it!
By not signing the contract he is not limiting himself to the terms on that contract. He is able to renegotiate at a later time. Not BLAMING floyd (why so sensitive) just stating that negotiations are far from over so the hating on both sides can chill.

Sure but Its clear it seems to be a good deal, so much so that it has Arum ranting and raving that Pac should take the deal.
Of course Money (Big Money) has to do with it.
Tell that to the 100 "Pac is ducking Floyd" threads. I'm merely pointing out that negotiations this large take time and well...negotiating. Nobody here knows what the terms that Floyd agreed to are (60/40 his favor, pillow gloves, one hand tied behind Pac's back, etc) so people claiming Pac is a duck because he hasn't signed the papers yet is just plain idiotic.

Manny has a history of being childish in contracts and doesnt honour his word.
Sorry but when did we recall Pacquiao going over the limit of the Weighting??
Mayweather is the one who breaks contracts just as Marquez.
sign a contract that manny and his team keep changing their mind on???yea lets find a way to blame this on floyd

someone needs a friggin lesson in business. Floyd has already agree to all terms, signing is just a formality at this point (from his side) and there is no real reason to sign if the other guy hasn't even displayed any interest to make it happen yet. Like I said Floyd has agreed to terms, Manny has yet to do so...we'll get the word on Monday, hopefully it will be good news so we don't have 50 more threads like these
