Shane now says he will fight anyone. Berto and Clottey have both expressed interest in fighting Mosley, so this fight is a possibility. I think Mosley beats them both, but Clottey will give Mosley trouble.
Currently, Pacquiao, Shane, Cotto, Pavlik, and Taylor come to mind.
Pacquiao and Shane always smile and find it hard to keep a straight face at the stare down. As humble as Cotto is, he is one of the most intense guys at stare downs.
Winky is a good choice. It's no surprise that he's friends with just about everyone that he fights.
Yeah, shame Hopkins had to go push the poor guy in his face.
All time- Leonard & Holyfield are two that spring to mind.
Hard to say, Taylor is a good technical boxer puncher, but not a knockout puncher. He would give Jones a good deal of trouble, although Roy is still fairly crafty.
I would say Taylor SD, because Roy could finish up stronger.
random but I just had a flashback of him yelling at Jermain TAylor cause he wasn't listening to him haha
Steward: "When you get in there... you gotta do that fucking shit man!!!"
Taylor: "ummm yessir.....yessir....".
Taylor doesn't listen very well sometimes though, but Steward gets too over anxious. Especially with Taylor and Lennox Lewis.
well for one hows williams gonna be sent BACK to middleweight if thats where hes fighting pavlik... nd 2 williams will out work the fuk outa pavlik nd avoid gettin hit like hopkins did.

PAUL IS NO WAY A FIGHTER LIKE BHOP....BHOP WILL SCHOOL A 8TH GRADE TEACHER...HA HA HA
Williams doesn't have the ring smarts or experience that Hopkins has, he is going to get clapped at some point.
I believe Pavlik will beat him as well. Williams has a lot of heart and some solid traits, but Pavlik is the best at 160 for a reason. I think once Williams feels his power, it could be over.
If Cotto connects with the left hook, Pacquiao will surely feel it. Even Clottey's head was rocking back from the left hook and he is a full size welterweight.
Williams is nothing like Bhop, and the comparison for the Pavlik fight is extremely inaccurate. BHop is a one of a kind fighter, and PWill has no business being compared to the man. He does not, and will not fight Pavlik like Bernard did.
I agree completely. Williams does not possess the ring knowledge or experience Hopkins does. With that said, I think Williams has a chance, but I have a feeling Pavlik will win.
I personally think he should get Nazheem Richardson bc he can disect an opponent just like Freddie Roach...w him i believe miguel beats Pac 4 sure...only thng is its very far fetched bc Naz is Mosleys trainer so it prob wouldnt happn
Richardson is damn good trainer, but Pacquiao has such an unpredictable style, although he has defensive weaknesses. He won't stay still like Margarito or Pavlik would.
I think Cotto should go back to training with his uncle, but it probably won't happen. There is too much static, but I think Cotto should find some dependable.
of course its a great win for marquez. but compare that to what will happen to arreolla's career if he wins, arreolla gains more. win or lose vs mr.counterfeit cash, there is unfinished business vs pacquiao. Whose career will gain more?
Marquez is p4p 2#, established star, HOF, headliner, & makes great money already. Win or lose he's still that. Compare that to a arreolla win or lose its not even close.
I still say Marquez. A win over either Klitschko is big, but I don't think either brother is that good to begin with. They won't go down in the history books as great champions.
he's already a established star. 2# p4p. He's a headliner. going to the hall of fame. He makes great money.
I agree, but Mayweather is a very special win. Despite the shit he gets on here, he is a great fighter. Marquez gets support from the real boxing community, but he will get supreme recognition from everyone if he beats Mayweather. Not to mention a probable shot at Pacquiao, the current p4p best, for a third time.
I don't think so, Pavlik is too dangerous for him to just throw like he does against other opponents.
Doesn't Pavlik also throw punches at a high rate?
Yes, not to mention he is a full sized middleweight. But, Williams throws more punches in bunches.
