Won't fight pacquiao because he is 1-2 in his last three and and because he doesn't have the ppv numbers he has yet he will fight amir khan who is 2-2 in his last four and one of them he went life and death with a past it lightweight and only just scrapped past him, let's just face it floyd will never work up the courage to fight manny pacquiao, oh and is it not weird that before the rios fight mayweather was open to fighting a an old ruined pacquiao and now all of a sudden pacquiao looks good in his last fight then it's back to his old bull**** about how pacquiao doesn't deserve it, who else is going to generate the numbers that pacquiao could get with him...khan? Haha.
As much of how amazing a boxer he is, what a defensive magician he is, he will always go down as a fighter who didn't want to take risks in his career with the fear of losing that 0.
I Remember vitali denying this and saying he got ko'd by a kick to the thigh and not chin lol, now theres actually video proof that its true.
Remember the rumour that oleg maskaev knocked vitali out during an amatuer fight?, and also that travis walker and raphael butler knocked him down in sparring?
A while back when i heard about the rumour of pele reid knocking out vitali i just laughed and thought the guy is just name dropping vitali to get a bit of publicity, but now seeing it with my own eyes it only makes me wonder what else vitali could be lying about?
ye he ducked prime mosley, cotto, margarito and even the 147 paul williams...not just prime pacquiao.
He will most likely duck matthysee and thurman too
David Price, you listen to me you big stiff plumber from liverpool, you better change your style, and you better change it ASAP, otherwise, your gay lover Tony Bellew is going to be sweeping up your chin off the canvas
LOL! Are you Tyson Fury in disguise?
I'm a David Price fan, have been since the 2008 olympics, i am also a fan of Tyson Fury aswell, One thing that annoys me with price is instead of snapping out a jab with his 82" reach arms he just waves them in the air tightly like hes swatting flies and then throws the occasional jab, also he stands too upright and flat footed, he needs to loosen his stance up a bit and move more, he should try putting plyometrics and more skipping into his training regime to get his footwork sharper and more fluid.
I think he should stay with frank maloney but ditch franny smith, Price is at the point in his career now that what he has being doing wont help him progress to world level, he needs to learn new techniques and skills.
He should do what Amir Khan and Lennox Lewis did, go overseas and learn new things...he has the talent he just needs taught right.
In Wlad's 16th fight he fought some dude called Derrick Lampkins who had a 9-3-1 record at the time. In Vitali's 16th fight he fought Louis Monaco who had a record of 7-11-2 at that moment in time.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Yeah exactly mate....Tyson fought a dude called David Jaco in his 16th fight and his record was 24-25-1, Larry Holmes fought a guy called Charlie James in his 16th fight and his record was 5-11-1, 5-5-1 when holmes fought him...Now Price is fighting a guy who has only lost 3 fights and 2 of them was to the unified heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko and even in one of those fights he gave Wlad all he could handle...its funny how everybody was treating Price like a god untill he had one off night to Matt Skelton whom he KO'd in 3 Rounds!, Age is not a factor, its about how good the fighter is and Tony Thompson is a good fighter.
Wladimir Klitschko's stare down vs haye was very intimidating. He didn't take his eye off him for about 15 minutes lol, you could see the hatred and venom in his eyes
Fury says he's going to put on 20lbs or 1.5 stones to come in at 19st (266lbs) against Haye in order to take his punches better.
wow really? i guess he will come in a big fat flubbery mess then, i was going for a round 4 haye tko but if thats true then first 30 seconds haye ktfo, fury getting carried out on a stecher by a crane ktfo lol
i think adrien broner is all wrong for kell brook. just a bad matchup for him. broner would hit him at will and once brook gasses, which probably will happen, the fight will be over quickly.
Kell would expose broner even further imo, brook looks like he has a good chin - broners power is drained at WW, Kell brook has a piston like jab - broner struggles with a jab, broner is low volume - kell is high volume (well a lot higher than AB), Theres rumours that broner has a shaky chin at the higher weight classes - brook has decent pop at WW. Im going for a Brook stoppage if this fight happens or a Broner robbery
Well it looks like it will be Haye vs Charr, haye is announcing his comeback opponent in a week or two (probably at a press conference in London), now all of a sudden charr is in London...damm I was hoping it would be Pulev.
In a dream scenario Haye would fight Pulev in june setting up a fight with Fury in October in a football Stadium, Wladimir fighting Pieneta in May, Povetkin in July then Winner of Chisora-Helenius II in October or November, Vitali would fight the Arreola-Stiverne winner then Retire either win or lose (If its Arreola he fights, I see a In-shape, Hungry and Motivated Arreola either beating faded Vitali or giving him hell), if he wins and retires i would like to see Wladimir vs Haye/Pulev/Fury for the WBA, WBO, IBF, Ring Magazine and vacant WBC title to see who is the undisputed champion.
Thats the way it should be but very unlikely lol
I can ensure he was, is and will be hungry, that's the only sure thing about Arreola:cool2:
Haha yeah he sure is hungry for McDonalds and KFC lol
If he comes in around 236-240 if he fights Vitali again then i'm sure he will give Vitali a nightmare, I'm just not sure how a 42 year old, slowed down, power sapped Vitali will deal with the pressure Arreola would bring.
Everybody on here tells us how Golovkin is the most scary fighter in the history of the universe; well the middleweight champion of the world just called his ass out. Is Golovkin going to keep barking, or is he going to bite?
I think after watching Chavez violate Martinez, that Golovkin is shook and doesn't want to get anywhere near a ring with him. He doesn't want to become number 48.
Chavez....Violate....Martinez?...HAHAHAHA!
I take it you missed the first 35 minutes of Jr getting his face plastered by martinez.
I would say Muhammad Ali, he fought Frazier, Foreman, Liston, Shavers, Lyle, Patterson and Norton plus the gloves were lighter with less padding back then, alot of people consider Foreman and Shavers to be the hardest punchers in history.
Lewis has defo fought some serious punchers too but i dont think they are as big punchers as the 60's and 70's era.
They should make a tyson fury string pulling toy where he says...
You're Gonna get SMASHED!
For Sure!
You big stiff idiot!
You're gonna need 10 Plumbers to do you!
Super sexy!
Lol
Wow, he wobbled Valuev for 3 seconds and hit Wlad with a solid punch. Not, much to brag about for the guy that claimed he was going to clean out the bums at heavyweight. And you even said it yourself Wlad dominated Haye with his jab, enough said!
Total Punches landed: Klitschko 26% - 25% Haye
Total Jabs Landed: Klitschko 28% - 21% Haye
Total Power Landed: Klitschko 22% - 30% Haye
Wladimir didnt dominate nothing, edged close rounds yes. Wladimir shut down haye's offense...but haye also shut down wlads
Fury can box pretty well for a big guy, he is very versatile and has a big heart but what worries me is his lack of 1. movement, 2. reflexes and 3. chin...if wladimir klitschko vs tyson fury happens i think it will be an early night, wlad will start fast and pick fury apart with sharp and heavy straight rights and left hooks.
Haye wasn't Wladimir's toughest fight. Disregarding the 3 losses, Sultan Ibragimov and Samuel Peter were WK's toughest 2 fights, and the judges' score cards reflect this. So, at best, Haye was Wladimir's 6th toughest fight (although I would have him at 7th after DeVaryll Williamson); should the fight go ahead, Fury might be the 7th (or 8th).
Wladimir was just as tentative as Haye in that fight, everybody is always quick to critisize haye because of their personal hate but golden boy wlad gets praise for being just as scared, if you watch the fight back you will find that the rounds are close with wladimir edgeing them. so was it his hardest fight in terms of physicality...no, but tactically yes.
Strange how you just put down percentages and not how many punches were actually thrown. As I said Wlad dominated Haye by keeping him at the end of his jab. Just like I knew he would do. But you can keep spinning it anyway you want. I guess it helps to keep you mind busy? But, at the end of day Haye still lost by a wide margin that wasn't even close to being debatable.
Yes if you tally up who won the rounds it would be in wladimirs favour by a wide margin but he didnt "dominate" they were not much in the rounds untill about the last 2 or 3, if you count landing a few jabs and skiffing the rest as dominating then sure...spinning things and keeping my self busy...no its called watching a fight closely and stating the facts. wladimir definaitly won fairly and i am not taking anything away from him but i just get annoyed when a fighter gets slated and the other fighter didnt do much either but gets let off. his range and distance is what kept haye at bay not the jab
Wlad's jabs had no affect? The scores of the fight were 119-108 117-109 116-110. And since Wlad was deducted one point you could bump him up one point on each score card. That actually means that one judge didn't even give Haye a single round. How did Wlad win those rounds? He won those rounds by keeping Haye at the end of his jab that you claim was not affective. Wlad also tossed in an occasional right hand and Haye couldn't do what ever it was that he wanted to do. Again it was Wlad's jab and not some fake a$$ broken toe that beat him.
How can you keep someone at the end of a jab when there left arm is at their waist, out of 3 jabs wlad would throw he would only land 1 and the other 2 would graze the top of haye's head or the sides, when you watch it live it looks like its the jab that keeps haye away but when you watch it back a few times you'll find it was wladimirs sense of distance, he kept haye at a certain distance because he wanted haye to 1. make haye off balance with his attacks and 2. nail haye with the jab...well he got one right lol
Yeah Chisora should avoid price for now, he needs to start from the bottom again and work his way up, put him in with a few bums first to get his confidence back, then go after the EU title
