This is what I have also noticed the past few days. Pacquiao agreed to the tests. But those threads are sent down to the bottom of the list with newer threads indicating Pacquiao does not want to be tested.
For the nth time, Pacquiao is not refusing to be tested. He agreed to it.
The problem is, the Mayweathers want it done randomly. Pacquiao insists to have it done at least 5 days before the fight AND right after the fight.

That is not a refusal. It depends on how you see it. I see it as meeting each other halfway. Team Pacquiao should not give in to the Mayweathers' demands. It's almost a win-win situation for the Mayweathers. If Pacquiao got tested, then okay they got what they want. Now, if Pacquaio did not get tested, okay, he's on PEDs, etc.
