The Bottom Line First off facts are facts, whether your a fan of Pacs or a fan of Mayweather both fighters should come in the ring clean bottom line! Only agreeing to drug tests at certain particular times and dates is like giving a person an open book test, of course they will pass with flying colors! The fact that you completely say NO to random drug tests is a clear sign that you have something to hide concerning drugs.
