what workout should i do going for power and finesse and i will work out as many days of the week if necessary what should i do i have the heavy bag and the speed bag, jump rope, gloves and i can spar what should i do

when you all first started boxing did you get major headaches and if you did how did you get over them

im new to this and i know i need to go for speed and endurance but am i supposed to use the heavier one like 2 or 4 pounds or go for the real light one
