well i am new to it so your saying the smaller means the more experienced you should be and the bigger means less experience
btw what does the speed bag work on
well the faster the bag moves the harder it is to hit, so yes smaller the bag the more experience you should need... although once you can hit a medium one, you can hit them all...
it works on arm stamina, and hand eye coordination...
I don't know much about speed bags, but if you ever want a heavy bag I highly reccomend this one.

it has nothing to do with how big you are... its how good you are...
generally the smaller the bag, the faster it is...
in other words, with the same speed and power, the bag will move even faster, the smaller it is
if ur just starting out... stick with a medium
