I have read on a boxing site that Gill had plannned on fighting 5 - 6 fights, then moving on.

I did not get to see the fight, I was suprised to see that Harris got knocked out. Didn't know much about him other than what I had read. He even gave Mayweather a hard time during one of the presser's. But thats why they fight the fights. He has been making some noise for some time now. The card was good As The Great1 said Urango has the Tyson look about him, Eason was doing good landing the upercut when his corner told him to, then hot got caught good on his 3rd knock down, he protested his previous 2 knockdowns, not for sure why. Big Time believe it or not was staggered by pannel at one point, pannel tried to make it interesting but for the most part seemed to try to rush him and tackle him or something. Rothman, WTF? He was punishing bell with the jab, every time he landed it bell's head was going back. Sean O'grady mentioned that Rothman's eyes were messed up during the fight and someone was doing it to him, bell was landin alot of uper cuts in close but they didnt seem to have the zip on them. Then the frwaking 11th round. It was TheGreat1's turn to get up and scram this time, Rothman fell first on his arm, you could see his Right glove between his legs as he was lying on the canvass. Just an awesom pull it back from the brink combo by bell at the end. I didnt agree much with the judges cards, but Bell made it not matter. Mercer, I still love watching him box, but this will sound silly, his age probably hurts him because he is a little heavyweight. Compaired to some of these monsters, Ray at 237 seems small. He still had the zip though, the Jab and the right hand were landing, and when Briggs would tee off, Ray would just talk back to him. The ending totaly sucked, not just because Briggs had Ray over the ropes with his left around his neck and he landed 3 shots to teh side of head, but it didn't look to me like the shot was enough to put Ray out. Ray wants a rematch, briggs says ok, but I doubt it. I still will watch Ray box, maybe he gets the winner of a fifth fight between Butter Bean and Kenny Craven. Briggs did look good, and The Great 1 said at 33 he still has a chance at making some noise in the division. He looked in great shape, and he looked like he was having fun boxing, throwing some foot feints and taking it to Ray early. And weather its BS or not, I liked the way he spoke and handled himself at the end of the fight. All in all awesome, the PPV could have been less but thats the price to pay to be a boxing fan.

The Atomic Bull, he had that crazy look when he did his ring walk. I read other post's that they observed him losing the first 3 rounds. I am probably biased because I have been a fan since I forst saw him beat then undefeated Bruce Seldon. I though he looked like he was in great shape, and won the first round , the 2nd and 3rd were close. But I thought he finished perfectly, he hit him, hurt him, got a way from the clinch, he didn't get excitred and punch Saleta when his head was down and finshed with a 4 punch combo. Awesome. I would like to see him with Golata, or the winner of Briggs vs Mercer next. My favorite fight of the 4 fights shown tonight.

Ray had retired and tried a couple of K-1 matches, the last I believe he was stopped by a kick, I don't think he went down, but the fight was stopped. He recently fought Darroll Wilson 27(21 KO's)-8-2 and won by UD10. I am glad to see him fight again, I know he's past his prime but he could still bring some excitement to a few more Heavyweight fights. I am really interested to see him fight Briggs as well.

I saw the fight scheduled on another site, I hope that it comes to fruition. I think its a group of exciting to watch heavyweights. Of course its not the Ray of Old. But from what I hear that Briggs really looked good last time out so the important thing is I hope its an exciting fight. Whittaker and McCline again, still interesting to watch. And maybe David Tua will get a someone with some experience to bring more excitement to the card. Now I am not sure where the info comes from on the site, I haven't read anything else except noticed it when I was searching for upcoming Heavy Weight fights on the schedule. I was and am still pretty excited. I don't know if anyone remember's USA Fights when they had Oba Carr being showcased at the time, and they actually had viewers pick his next opponant, I don't how or what but he faced Livingstone Bramble which is who the viewers I guess wanted to watch, I think that kind of approach we be good for the viewers, I also noticed some heavyweights on the schedule with no opponant yet. Some times these fights never come off, now here are three I noticed that are currently looking for a fight, now don't laugh too hard: Joe Hipp is coming back after about 2 and half years of not being in the ring, Mitch "Blood" Greean and my personal favorite: Oliver McCall. Tua this fan has spoken, fight the Atomic Bull!
