You watch the Magee fight and Hatton shows impressive boxing skills with those in and out tactics, good brain, good composure. I just loved the head movement when he was coming in and the way he was throwing a little jab when he was backing out, and his little pause before he attacks. Great stuff, the guy had so much fucking skill. He may of wasted himself with all the binge-drinking and junk-eating, he could of been unbeatable.
You are talking as if Hatton has retired? And got beaten a load of times?
JoeBoxer did you not see Greenburgs last fight?
If you genuinly think Greenburg will dominate the heavyweight division, I can only assume you've never seen him fight before.
Round 6:
More jabs from Valuev. A thrown combo from Ruiz backs him off. Ruiz more active in first :30. Valuev peppering the jab now. Ruiz just can't seem to get inside well enough or at all. The problem is the consistenty that Valuev throws that jab looks good. 1:15 left. Small combo by Ruiz. Ref warns Valuev for holding head down. :34 left. Valuev with a right hook to the body and a jab. It's seeming so easy for Valuev to avoid most punishment.
Keep it up man... I'm following with great interest!!!!!!!!!
You're kidding right?
He was the only one to win more than two rounds against Jones in his prime. He made for a very competitive fight. That comment is way off base.
You're entitled to your opinion, and we are splitting hairs here, but you're being very over critical, and many of your blanket statements clearly show bias.
For instance, you say Jones and Taylor were the only true middleweights he ever faced, and he lost to both, leaving out the 12 years inbetween that he went undefeated.
Outside of that, I thought he gave a prime Jones his toughest fight, and IMO he edged Taylor in both fights.
I can live with you thinking he's 5-10 of all time, but "Maybe great" is tough to read.
He was great without question, and there's split opinion on wheather he ranks 5-10 or 3-5.
You think Taylor won both fights? Dawg what you been smoking?
hopkins lost .
you cant be unlucky twice in a row
