I think the reason Floyd fought mosley the way he did was because after the second round, Floyd had mosley figured out and timed so he was able to hit mosley as he pleased. Also I think floyd fought that way to prove his critics wrong about his style of fighting. I hate Floyd but one can't denie his talent. I believe Floyd would manhandle PAC if they fight. Roach must have had has his head on comintating for hbo when he made this statement.

Floyd won't take a fight unless he knows he has a real real good shot of winning. This is why I think he agreed to march. Floyd will be like a larger version of Marquez when he fights PAC. I will be rooting for pac but betting on Floyd.
Maybe being there live ringside is a different story. But watching it on tv, I only saw Williams slapping the he'll out of Wright. Only landing flush on ocassions. I really like Williams and I think he's got potential, but I don't see him winning against Pavlick or Abraham.
I think this fight will end on cuts. Marquez is old now and he tends to cut easy in fights. Marquez needs to KO Floyd to win cause he won't get the benefit of the doubt in Vegas.
Roach is always looking for that edge for his fighter. If they are fighting a welter they want them to come down and if it's a light weight they want them to come up. Why not challenge their opponents at their comfotlrtable weight. Manny is p4p great, there's no need for catch weights. 140 is too much for Marquez let alone 145. Marquez is so desparate for this fight that he'll fight PAC at 170 if he had to.
This pisses me off I was able to booooooo Oscar at the Staples Center, then I find out he wasn't even there. Merchants comment on the Mosley Margo fight was hilarious when they said Oscar was getting 5 million to be at the MMA event. If Pac vs Hatton happens in Vegas, Hatton will have to win by KO cause if the fight goes to the cards Pac will win. Only because there is a lot of money to be made by Pac fighting Mayweather. I'm pretty sure Arum will do everything in his power to make this fight in the States.
Pacman is not American and the Judges may not be from America either so using the corruption excuse before the officials are chosen is laughable. Assuming Mayweather is coming out of retirement is also quite funny.
Im not making excuses. I think Pac is an amazing boxer and he has everything he needs to win this bout. However, just look at the latest Oquendo vs James Tony fight. I'm pretty sure Pac will be favored if it goes to the cards. A Pac win will also encourage Mayweather out of retirement immensely.
Floyd wants this fight at 147 cause he knows he can compromise to a catch weight between 140 n 147. Anything from 140 on up will be a huge advantage for Floyd. Marquez is great, but Mayweather will try to get every advantage he can get. He will probably ask for a 1000 foot ring as well so that he can run all day.
Oscar is just being vocal so more people boycott PAC vs marg. This way the fight ppv numbers are low and golden boy can use that to bargain for a mayweather fight.
There was something wrong with Angulo. He looked tired and not like his usual self.Im not saing Angulo is the most polished boxer in the sport but he just didn't look like him self. All the credit to Cintron for his performance but I don't agree with a unanimus decision I think it should have been a draw or even a split decision eaither way.
I said time n time again that Shane is Floyd's toughest test at 147 but Floyd will dominate him n beat him down like he did altho I was surpised at the way n the ease that he did it. I also said b4 that fight that I think Manny might give more an effort than Shane cuz he's faster n younger but he'll take more punishment n wont go into survival mode like Shane which will only get him KO'd. I said Martinez is the only guy from 140-160 that has a chance at beating Floyd and its the fight I wanted to see after Martinez proved himself agaisnt Pavlik n Paul. I'm pretty sure Pac will fight Hattoon first. If this fight happens in the States Hatton will have to win by K.O. cause if it goes to the cards, Pac will win because there is a lot of money to be made by fighting Mayweather; however, it will be a different story if the fight is in Manchester. (Hatton will be able to hold all he wants)
Aurum is just cashing in his chips. He is about to clock out one of these days. So why not fight Margarito and PAC and hopefully Floyd next year before he expires.
I've only seen a couple of Jennings fights online and I was not impressed. His record looks nice but most of his wins are against punching bags. For example Karl Taylor with a record of 16 WINS and 118 LOSSES :crazy:
IMO Cotto's injury should not be a problem, he will be able to beat Jennings with one arm while blind folded.
PAC has a real good chance of winning IMO. Cotto will need to ko PAC early cause cotto tends to tire by the later rounds and PAC will pressure all night. Also cotto doesn't have the straight right punch that Marquez had to keep PAC off him. I think PAC wins by decision.
By what I've read. Olympic style drug testing is expensive. I think for mosley mayweather it was upwards of 20k. So this is one of the main reasons why that test wasn't used for the undercards IMO.
caballero looks a little bit like the paul williams of the bantamweights. Not in the skill level but size wise. He's almost 6 feet and wighs only 122.... I think Juanmas youth and power will be enough to beat caballero.
Froch needs to focus on the tournament instead of having Calzaghe wet dreams all the time cause I think Froch has a little better than 0% chance if winning the super six tournament.
