I was not impressed with Anthony Joshuas performance in the Olympics. He definitley lost his first fight against Savon and he lost the final against Cammarrelle. It is impressive that he has only been boxing for 4 years. I think another 4 years as an amateur will do him good.Hopefully next olympics he can actually earn a gold medal and not have one handed to him.

Lets not forget Cotto was having trouble making welterweight and when he fought Pacquiao he fought at 145. I think he was drained going into the fight. Just like Delahoya was against Pacquiao.

People are always critical of the heavyweight division do to its history of big fights and great fighters. The heavyweight division was considered weak when Holmes fought and also the 90's if you remember which had guys like Holyfield, Tyson, Bowe and Lewis. When you think of it now it did not look all the weak in comparison to today. Who knows maybe the Klitschkos are really that good. Or perhaps they fought in the weakest heavyweight era. Time will tell.

I dont think Winky is in his prime anymore. I dont think it would mean that much to beat Winky anymore.

I do have a question for you guys. For all the bull**** boxing fans have been put htrough for years. If Bob Arum can make this fight happen is he forgiven for all the bad he has done?

You know what, man. The Kirkland that fought Ishida and the Kirkland that fought last night were two different fighters. Not to take anything away from Ishida's win, but, I just don't think Kirkland "got up" for that fight. I mean, just look at Kirkland's physique when the Japanese whupped his &ss compared to last night. Judging from last night, I think Kirkland is back. But, I also think that Kirkland is gonna be that type of fighter who will have an inconsistent career when facing Top 5-10 contenders or World Champs. I think its an exciting division junior middleweight to middleweight.

I think Lee would be the perfect opponent both coming off losses. Both need the victory might make for a good tussle.

i agree trout looked massive in comparison to cotto. It really looked like a super middleweight fighting a welterweight. I dont think Cotto is shot but i do think he is small for 154. I dont see Trout staying too long at 154 i see him moving up to 160. Dude is big.
