1. Shane gassed out early
2. Shane was an aging fighter at 38 and trained earlier for the Berto fight
3. Shane did not move his head, stick and move etc.
4. Shane threw a lazy jab that had no effect.
These are all facts in Shanes fight against Floyd...
all of which are only exposed because he fought a supreme athlete who could expose him.

1. Floyd is a much huger draw that Pacman so he'll want more of the split whereas Pac/roach contend they should get 50/50
2. Floyd won't back down on the drug testing. Neither will Pac.
3. Pac claims he'll have one more fight before retiring so it just doens't seem likely
yeah this is by far the biggest problem. i think it is all up to the NSAC. if they end up implementing blood tests in their testing routine i think the fight will happen. if not, then i dont think it will.

mayweather vs pacquiao end of summer won't happen. arum said theres no way it could happen even as early as september. not sure about the others though.
