To me the fight was just starting when it ended. The first three rounds were mostly uneventful. It maybe should have been a no contest, but Cintron winning like that would have been disgusting. He couldn't continue and he wasn't fouled. Sure sounds like a loss to me. I agree, it should have been a TKO win for Williams and not a TD. And I don't think it's an irrelevant detail either as many bettors probably wagered of Williams by KO or TKO.
