in a world where the best fighters are fighting eachother less and less, we still have the carl "the cobra" froch. he dosent get the props he deserves in my opinion, he goes after the big fights and goes to war. anyone, anywhere. he might not posses the best skill set(very underrated though and has a lot of amateur pedigree) but he is the very definition of the term warrior. my favourite british fighter. (his interviews are crazy as well, some of the stuff he comes out with is comedy gold)

fair enough, theres exceptions to this, but theres this consensus that "oh well so 'n so from the 60's would wipe the floor with the bums these days" its utter crap, the sport has developed over the years and so has the level of fighter. people only chose the old timers for nostalgic reasons and it pisses me right off.
