Why would a draw be nice to see? Most likely if there's a draw, it's gonna be a bogus decision.
Because I really like both fighters but like i said, I still have it a decision win for mayweather.

what if you get banned for making another mayweather-canelo thread?
LMFAO, dont worry next would be Pacquiao Vs. Rios :O I have it for Rios! Pacman should be home sleeping. He already did what he had to do.

A draw will just get everyone angry. Even worse... a BORING draw. Let's hope it doesn't go that way.
Not necessarily, We all know mayweather is gonna go with the defense style, but Canelo could also work some defense and push the fight more aggressively with his power and weight, so they could both do some nice work. Again I still think a Draw might be possible and not really that "Boring". But lets wait and see, hope it doesn't go that boring way you're saying.

Hold up you think Rios will beat Manny?please explain how
Yeah, Pacquiao is not the same as the old pacman. He doesn't have those reflexes no more so he might lack in defense, hes speed might have decreased, plus he doesn't have that hunger anymore so hes not gonna go in there like before. Rios on the other hand is gonna go aggressive and with power and i think he might get him with some Bodyshots. Plus you dont think that right hand from the last fight didnt affect Paquiao at all? lol

The other guy had some advantages over me, he was bigger older and more experienced. He had already fought before. And i dont do much of speed bag nor double end I should definitely spend more time on those. I usually do like 3 rounds of speed bag like once a week and rarely the double end. Thanks for replying, man. And good luck to you too ;)
your first time u look fine. definitely dril with trainer on head movement until it becomes natural habitual. keep on working and learning nn u will improve. good luck champ
Thanks :boxing: and im gonna see if i can find a better trainer that would teach more of that.
just being a Southpaw is a huge advantage in itself. I talk about it on here all the time. I think its the biggest advantage in all sports but times it by 10 in boxing. Most guys really struggle against it, including other Southpaws
Oh thats great! Hope i learn how to take great advantage of it ;)
you did good, alot better than when i first sparred. I noticed you dropped ur hand after you jabbed a quicker boxer will take advantage of that, dont lift you feet off the floor when u puch you get out of balance and a lesser puch that normally wouldnt drop you will, try cutting off the ring from your man instead of chasing him around aimlessly like you did in the first round. You wont get tired as quick, not sure if you like to stalk your man or move along with him but good to know anyways. You did darn good for your first time im sure you'll be good
Thanks man, and yeah i need to learn how to move better in the ring and get a better defense. Im trying to do that now but im going to change the coach because he mostly puts me to hit the bag and run and some other exercise machines. And when i do mitts with him its just punching and not moving a lot. Thats why i usually go forward throwing punches. Thanks for your advices man, you helped me out a lot. Oh and i like to move along with him better
you looked pretty good in there for your first spar, not overly aggressive and not too gunshy either.
i'm a southpaw and i started doing a lot better when i started to stick my right hand out little farther and a little higher to parry/disrupt my opponent's jab. i also have my left in front of my face instead on the side so i have an easier time blocking straight rights. of course this is just my preference, maybe it will work for you too.
you might want to show your vids in the Training & Nutrition section next time, you'll get better constructive feedback in there.
Thanks, and those sound like great techniques im gonna try those and see if they work for me. You can see it in the video the other guy landed a straight right and this might work. Thank you for sharing i appreciate it a lot. And im gonna post it there now :boxing:
