that mailman was a top super middleweight and gave james toney fits
That mailman was a journeyman who lost to Collins, Eubank and Dewitt, the fact that he gave Toney fits says a lot about how good Toney really is. Homeboy needed a gift to beat the legendary Dave Tiberi:rofl:
roid jones jr couldn't put more muscles into his weak chin.
he fought nobodies and is the most overrated boxer of all time. he is just like marion jones a fukin cheatin cunt. danny taught him a lesson and a spanked his arse in 1 round. danny is a natural fighter.
Danny Green is a living legend
If this is true, then its plain and simple idiocy if Marquez would expect Pac to fight him while demanding $5,000,000.00.
Has all that urine gotten into his head?
Give a better proposal, fight Pac, and IF you beat him, THEN demand for a $5 million purse for your next fight.
So its either the guy isn't thinking straight or all that talk was just BS and he doesn't want to have anything to do with Pac.
lmao:rofl:
if you knew anything abut boxing ,you would know that Marving Hagler is an ATG and # 2 that he avenged 2 of his loses by stoppage one in the second and i belive one in the 12 and the only reason he didnt avenge his 3rd was because SRL wouldnt rematch him,Give the man some due respect
He was being sarcastic, lol
i agree w/ you larry. there wouldnt be a fair ground for both fighters, too much poundage difference. and pac is at his highest weight already he cannot go up any further.
Pac should fight Tim Bradley
As a general rule....yes i think they do. Counter punchers look to figure the opponent out. Specifically what patterns they have, what punches they throw and importantly what angle the punches are coming from and where the opponents feet are. Once a counter puncher figures out the opponents pattern and where the punches are coming from it's generally over.
This is why i think counter-punchers tend to start slowly. Think JMM and Mayweather. Think about Mayweather vs Castillo, Floyd's only rematch. Or think about it this way.....if Floyd rematched Shane, Oscar, Hatton, Judah and JMM straight after he beat them do you envisage him doing better and dominating even more?? I do.
Solid post, green K sent
off topic: did you watch that Tyson vid?
no, you just picked some famous fights where it looks like that to prove your curious rule. LMFO
Thanks for the valuable contribution. You did notice I posed it as a question, never stated it as a fact?
Riddick Bowe, De La Hoya in the back.
Was this perhaps some promo for a massive fight card?? LOL
Check out George's cheesy grin. Toney obviously doesn't want to be there, lol
Cool.. but very awkward picture. They all look so damn young, too. This was around the time that Toney was still understandable.
I wish he would retire, but I don't think he ever will .....voluntarily.
bradley should make a very good showing against devon in order to get a fight and a ppv shot. you're a flomo so you should know boxing is still a business right?
When have you ever read me defending Floyd on anything? For the record I'm not even a fan of his
Ridiculous, if he wants the MW title, fight him at 160 or don't fight at all! Or defend the 154 belt he won against Margarito.
Im planning on fight the K-bros at a catch-weight of 160:D
i bought a photograph from a mexican guy when in Vegas in the early 90s it is of Tyson and is the greatest picture i have ever seen of him, it hangs in a frame in the hall at home.
Can you describe it?
Great Pics from one of my favourite fighters of all time! Thanks alot for sharing Lightsout.
Your welcome
I love the Hagler-Duran photos on the 1st page.
Hagler was clearly shorter than 5,9, his almost looking Duran in the eye.
off topic: did you get around to watching that Hagler doc?
