Arreola will never be on HBO again
Pshh, he doesn't need HBO. He's found his niche! He can headline FNF and be forever immortalized. 20 years from now you'll be watching FNF as they commemorate ESPN's 50 years of boxing and they'll remember Chris Arreola :ugh:
There was a Danny Williams fight a couple of years ago with an early bell and a whole bunch of other shady business going on. Williams still ended up getting the win though.
Looks like I've been the one doing ones lately. I just came across another one. Kinda freaky.
I've been watching old episodes of Twin Peaks lately and today one of the actors on it totally reminded me of Arturo Gatti (r.i.p).

I just saw a commercial on TV and this came to mind.
He looks like a lost Mayweather family member. Someone older than Jr. and younger than Sr.

Do I smell a new action/comedy buddy film?
Just watched the HBO version of Pac-Cotto for the first time and caught this.
Rosalio Pacquiao (Pac's Dad):

A little bit?
I don't think they are worth that much but they are cool and he's been collecting tyhrm for a LONG time.
I started watching boxing when I was around 8 or 10 years old in the early 90s and Rafael Garcia and his pin hat are one of those things I remember clearly from those days. Funny what people remember.
Arthur Abraham.
He was a favorite leading into the Super 6. He had an "invincible" aura about him. Then he lost to Direll in a controversial DQ, was outclassed by Froch and Ward and lost his aura, then to make things worse he lost his drivers license :nonono:
Besides Pacquiao vs Mosley all the PPVs have had good/great undercards so I am fine with it.
Not to mention 90% of people who are buying PPVs are splitting the cost with 4+ other friends so the difference is really only another 2 or 3 dollars
You didn't enjoy the Arce-Vazquez Jr. fight? That was the DeMarco-Linares of the Pac-Mosley card.
Lol I love his story, but that fight looked fixed.
Is there any footage of the fight? I saw the scores were kinda close. Would kinda suck if he got a patronizing "sympathy" win out of it.
Dayum....STREAM man...stream. Look at the last few PPVs.
Pac vs Mosley
Floyd vs Ortiz
and now this.
Floyd vs Ortiz - 4 rounds
Dawson-Hopkins - 2 roudns
At this rate it looks like Pacquiao-Marquez III will end in round 1 and Cotto-Margarito II won't even make it to the ring :sad2:
It's a business decision. Drama sells.
Of course it is. I also wouldn't be surprised to see some controversy stir up just so they can sell more PPV replays the next day. Boxing is starting to turn into wrestling :nonono:
Every time I see him on MLB, I automatically think he's a traitor. Probably not his fault but that's what I feel.
He's really good on MLB network seems to enjoy every minute of it. Love his show Clubhouse Confidential. And after getting to cover Abril-Rios it probably solidified for him that going to MLB network was a good choice.
They need to cut him off for wearing them gay ass glasses. Those shit's irritate the hell out of me for some odd reason.
He's always been a pretentious douchebag he's just finally embracing the role.
With Laurence Cole reffing the fight I wouldn't be surprised to see Broner getting away with dirty tricks like in the Malignaggi fight and Maidana getting points taken away or getting DQ'd for fighting back. Maidana doesn't mess around. That might even be Broner's "Plan B"
With the mystery surrounding Sergio's knees anyone else think Cotto will try to tackle Sergio like he did Clottey to test that knee? Remember he also picked Mayweather up off his feet.
El angel, what's the best way to test Sergio's legs?
As per the negotiations Cotto also got to choose Sergio's ring walk.
