I just watched the Cunningham vs Wlodar... sorry cant spell his name, but anyways, I noticed round 4 was cut short, the officials rang the bell 20-30 seconds early. But in round 5, the bell rang almost a full minute before the round ends. Cunningham was also scoring good punches during that time.
What the heck was that all about?
I'm glad because 2 of the judges picked the right guy to win although I think Steve's lead should have been wider since he fought effectively, landed many good punches, outworked Wlodar and even scored a knockdown in the 4th. Shame on that judge who scored it a draw.
There was a Danny Williams fight a couple of years ago with an early bell and a whole bunch of other shady business going on. Williams still ended up getting the win though.
What is this all about? Training is an important part of being a mixed martial arts fighter, so that means that the MMA shorts you wear during training are important as well. To make the best out of each practice, you need to make sure you are comfortable in your shorts. That comfort can be found two ways. The first obviously comes when you get shorts that fit properly. You do not want them to be too tight or too loose otherwise you will issues with them. The other place comfort comes from during training is whether you like your shorts. MMA shorts that you wear should be comfortable, cool, stylish, & should keep you safe during your trials & games.
