of course it would be. He's a bit older now. Floyd fought a 22 year old kid and was all to proud about it. Canelo has just begun evolving into his prime.
Good news. I have been saying that Manny might have won if the ref and judges were not in Floyds corner. Manny was discounted for his body shots and several jabs. He also landed the far more influential punches, causing Floyd to cover or run throughout the fight.
well, one thing for sure, as long as fights go the distance and horrible referring impacts fights along with poor judging, the sport is doomed to wallow in mediocrity.
Go back to 15 rounds.
Roy Jones was another who never fought outside his comfort zone until he was washed up and needed the cash. Not sold on him at all. Heck. Taver really beat him 3 times, when Roy was supposedly AT HIS PEAK.. LOL
Floyd would get his first KTFO in many years against Khan, and he won't have to pull an Ortiz cheap shot to do it.
GGG would put Floyd in the ICU, and everyone knows it.
That slow motion video really shows how biased the judges were. Manny landed the much more influential blows. Bayless only warned Floyd ONCE for the several low blows he landed, Bayless also looked ready to pounce on Manny every time he got close to Floyd. If this fight took place anywhere but Vegas with Floyds ref and judges, it was at least a split decision.
