I can kinda see what lefthook tua is saying Scheduled test can be just as effective, if done more frequent, as random testing. 3 weekly scheduled test over the course of a month, can be just as effective as 5 random test over the course of a month. I know the former is more expensive, but it will be just as effective because there is no way you would be able to keep cycling off of these PEDs. Not saying that much scheduled testing would happen, but if Tua is implying that, then yes he is right; Under the right circumstances, scheduled testing can be just as effective as random testing.
