Hatton: Fight Pacquiao
Malignaggi: Run out of hair gel and lip gloss
Froch: Be a trainer
Pavlik: Do a commercial for antibacterial soap
Mosley: Advocate for PeTA
MAB: GIve a lecture on clean fighting and ethics in the ring
Oscar: Write the novel "Never Quit: Foreward by Victor Ortiz"
Gerald McClellan: Walk again (...too soon?)
that was stupid....
i find it hilarious people call the excuse of pacquiao is making fighters go weight drained, considering mayweather made marquez go up in a ton of weight to fight him
mosley is ducking paul williams. how come you pactards dont talk about mosley ducking anyone? u sissy
you are butthurt arent you?
i wanna see a berto/mosely match more than a williams/mosely match, hence why i said that
how the hell would they be weight drained if theyre going up in weight. get yo facts straight there SON
fighting someone weight drained is just like fighting someone a lot smaller than you, rob them of all their advantages and just overpower em.
Aint nobody looking past nobody. Pacquiao is in great shape and stays in great shape. Pac eats well and healthy. Doesn't drink and party. His body is his temple and he takes it serious. Cotto likes to party and based on his weight gain he don't eat all the right things. Also Cotto has faded in past fights. Not Pac. Cotto needs an extensive training Camp for Pacquiao. Pacquiao dont need it for Cotto.
he had alcohol poisoning after his morales fight..... pacquiao likes to drink, just doesn't do it often
frazier is a bitter ass old man.
i remember he was on a radio show and talked about ali's parkinson's disease.
he said something like , "ali's parkinson's disease is proof of who really won their fights."
i would be pissed too if the person that constantly talked shit about you, and believe i truly beaten but had my own coach call it off became known as the best fighter of the century and became rich, and i became poor and is only known as "the dude that lost"
I wouldn't mind the divisions if there weren't so many stupid belts.
i wouldn't mind it either up until the marquez/pacquiao ordeal, marquez wanted a rematch, pacquiao couldn't make weight, so he went up in the weight classes
i'm a pacquiao fan, but seriously i wanted that third fight
i wouldn't say it owuld be boring, but the outcome is pretty much set.
Marquez is awesome, but he is wayyy too small to be fighting that high
mayweather may have soft hands but he can easily overpower marquez with his speed and size.
thats like saying you love playing poker, but you don't like gambling in it.
seriously, that would ruin all the fun for me if there was no sparring, i dont want to train just so i can hit the bag all day
grow some balls, realize a lot of the punches won't hurt you, and throw back, then you will enjoy it
He still should have supported his country - other men went and fought, regardless of what they thought about it. It wasn't just Vietnam, Ali had no loyalty to or love for America, a country which had been very good to him. No other heavyweight champion was given so much media attention as Ali.
And he was a loudmouthed braggart who had no respect for his opponents. He ridiculed Frazier, not in a friendly joking way, but in a cruel and sarcastic manner. Smokin' Joe deserved better than that.
yes, people should follow blindly for their country even if they know its for the wrong reasons and it costs them their lives :ugh:, sorry if i dont have the same amount of nationalism as you, but if i know if they are doing something incredibly wrong i will not follow because its retarded, if they had a reason to then it would make sense, but fighting to stop commies in another country is stupid
Ali's loudmouth antics is what got him so popular, if it werent for his mouth i doubt he would be widely known as he is now
Yes, Joe Louis should be ranked higher than Muhammed Ali.
He was a better fighter and a better man too. Joe fought in WW II, but Ali refused to fight for his country when the time came.
WWII and vietnam are 2 completely different wars, if your reasoning behind louis being that i would recheck your history and see how senseless vietnam was
lol, of course you have to make weight.. But for example my weight class (141), prelims you would have to be under 141+3 (144), 141+2 (143), 141 + 1 (semis).
thats what i mean, lets say i weigh 152 atm fighting at 147, would i still have a buffer to be at MAX 150 prelims , 149 at quarters, 148 at semis?
i honestly dont know what the rules are on this, ive been told so many different things, it would suck having to get to 147 in 2 weeks, i already cut down 18 lbs, 5 more in 2 weeks is going to kill me, i have barely any body fat left and was dehydrated as hell when i weighed 148 and test weigh ins
roach this roach that im gettin sick of that fool..hes a good coach yes but hes not world class..manny pacquiao would make me look good as a coach..roach didnt do to well with hopkins or de la hoya..and he even had the balls to say b-hop was done lol,and dont start with that amir khan bullsh** roach didnt make him, roach is over rated he should not talk bad about cotto, manny pacquiao made roach roach didnt make manny pacquiao.
you can't teach an old dog new tricks, imo anyways
DLH will always fight the way he does, same with hopkins, you can't just hop in late in their career and expect them to recreate themselves, just like hatton
