Hoping the corpse of Geale punks Miguel tonight. I'd laugh my ass off if drained to death Geale survives the first few rounds and then starts backing Miguel up, then Kneeguel starts doing his little fatigue backwards run signaling that things are going wrong. :lol1: :lol1:
Even I could KO drained to death Geale tonight in one round and I'm not even in fighting shape.
Lmao, I don't want to make any harsh statements on Cotto but I dunno I think Geale definitely has a good chance here.
key factor to think about with Cotto winning by UD:
Geale drained down to 155
Key factor to Geale "Trouting" Cotto
Geale able to come in at the 160 lb limit
Lets not forget in MSG so that favors Cotto el Joto
I actually had no idea Geale had to drain down to 155lbs...
Ugh, that kind of kills the point of it being a middlweight fight lol, smh Cotto shouldn't be forcing that stipulation to win a middleweight title and the same applies for Floyd or Pacquiao.
You do realise that Brook-Chaves would basically be an undercard fight on the Mitchell-Linares show? It's not meant to rise Brook's stock, it's just a keep busy fight
Brook will be headlining another show in the summer. That's the one that will raise his stock.
Your desperation is getting sad.
Hello
http://fourhourworkweek.com/2013/05/06/how-to-cut-weight-ufc/
Hope that'll help.
Was thinking of mentioning earlier when the cutting of weight argument was brewing on (still is) that many of the top pro wrestlers in MMA one that comes to mind is TJ Dillishaw they cut a lot of weight and they still perform excellent on the night of the fight without looking like damaged goods or too fatigued.
You gotta know what you're doing ofcourse, not everyone has that method worked out.
Khan wouldve made a good candidate when he was a 140lber bcuz he actually fought the top guys. Of all the WWs, Thurman has the best win so far. Brooks still in the running if he gets a big win(not Gavin). Khan eliminated himself when he chose not to fight the top guys at 147. Ramadan has nothing to do with Khan not getn his dream fight and everything to do with his opposition level.
Brook can't get another big win from now to September lol but it would be a easy fight for Floyd for him to fight Kell but also a very cheap move.
Floyd would be better off retiring on a big name from 154lbs because apart from a rematch with Pacman there isn't anything there.
Its a clear duck from fraud.
Khan the only one who can bear him
Wouldn't go that far but If Floyd ordered a September date I'd expect Khan to agree to it otherwise its a bit of a ***** move, its already suspect he turned down a world title fight to fight Algieri but I guess Kell is doing the same thing as Khan right now with trying to remain unbeaten so he can still get that big pay day.
Lol, dodgy.
At first I thought he meant hosting as in streaming it, wouldn't blame anyone for viewing that overpriced fight on stream I'm certain there will be plenty.
Perhaps Khan should earn it first.
He wont get the chance his only hope lies on a May the 2nd date and I doubt Floyd will extend his contract or be willing to wait to fight him.
Canelo for September makes perfect sense for Floyd If he wins against Pacquiao which I assume he will.
UK Media are the only ones asking Mayweather about fuking Amir Khan, when I heard that during the Call Conferences I was like "Amir Khan? WTF?" :nonono:
Amir Khan won Floyd's official poll yet Floyd fights the very guy that Khan beat many years ago?
Why are Floyd fans so scared about this fight happening, it clearly makes a lot of sense because Amir Khan would likely bring a bigger PPV buy than Floyd fighting Maidana.
Khan isn't the future. Get real. He's not going to be the future by fighting Algieri, who lost every round to Pacquiao.
Floyd is still the big draw, and #1 P4P fighter in the world.
I predict Thurman or Brook would knock Khan out and end his career.
I think I remember you saying Collazo would end Khan as well.
He would give up the biggest potential fight of his career because of his religion?
I can't help but think that's way too extreme, you can follow a religion but you're meaning to tell me you're going to let it get in the way of you making history!
I'm sure all the devout Muslims who follow it to a tee would be more than understanding to him taking this one year off from the fasting or whatever else.
This is a hard one to call, Kovalev is a much smarter and hard hitting fighter than Tarver ever was and even with Roy Jones Jr being in his prime I just get the feeling in the heart that Kovalev would likely get to Roy and hurt him bad, Roy has the power in his hands to cause anyone problems but he doesn't possess the amount that makes me think he'd be able to put someone like Kovalev out to sleep...
This is a hard one to call I say Kovalev but honestly its a 50/50 both very good fighters.
LMAO......never got a response on that one did you?
325K is allegedly awesome but 163K is "garbage". Yet, 163K is 50% of awesome, so if half of awesome is garbage what is 400% of awesome?

"He fought a bum doe"
Ward is an unpopular boxer.
Even his home state California boxing fans BOOED LOUDLY when his name came up in a GGG post-fight interview.
Talented fighter has everything you need to be successful but he lacks the charisma and he promotes himself in a bad way by acting like he is the A-Side speaking out in public how people should go up in weight for him or down w/e the problem probably stems from him wanting to be like Floyd Mayweather the only thing is I don't think many people care for him I mean for god sake George Groves and James DeGale are more known and liked by the public than Andre.
He needs to change up his approach/act, nothing people dislike more than someone acting like something you're not.
you guys go so far out of the way to let us know how embarassed ward made you when he outclassed carl froch :lol1:
as if you care at all about american TV ratings.
BET, a network you've probably never heard of, is "black entertainment television."
it's a niche network. i didn't even ahve BET on my regular cable package until recently.
my only concern is that these shows aren't sustainable for rocnation. i don't care how much money they've got. they can't sustain gigantic losses liek that.
thy're taking a long term outlook on ward. they want him happy now, so that he wont' jump ship when golvokin and kovalev are potential PPV fights.
tjhe PPV landscape is going to shift dramatically when floyd retires. i can't say that ward will fill the void. i'd be shocked if he's a 10th of the star. still, a tenth of nine figures, which is what floyd allegedly earned to fight pacquiao, is a life changing amount of money, and worth the investment for rocnation.
OP is Canadian not British.
Excellent point and perfectly true. If you compare the two stoppages and the extent of the injuries, Gradovich was barely cut compared to Mitchell's face being completely rearranged and bleeding heavily.
Just reeks of more underhanded shenanigans from the shady Matchroom promotional outfit. They're starting to make Don King look like Mother Teresa.
Yeah, I think Gradovich would have still lost but he never looked like he was troubled by the punching power of Selby but as is said who knows what might have happened an entire fight can be changed by just one punch.
I'm certainly not a fan of matchroom at all, they have a lot more dodgy stuff happening than Al Haymon promoted fighters.
Compare the faces though Mitchell left eye (I think it was left) was near bulged out from the swelling, he was taking a beating the entire fight yet some dodgy ass judge had him 6 rounds ahead :lol1: I'm just so glad Linares got the stoppage before he got robbed by them,
Curious on how the Venezuelan judge scored the fight?
I think Red Cyclone the problem is that all of these promoters are desperate for the next big star. All these promoters are scared to invest and lose but that's how the sport of boxing is. Could careless if a promoters loses $$$ on investing in fighters but for some odd reason it's about the promoters, networks, managers and organization winning but not the fans.
Make Wilder-Joshua and see how the fans tune in
That I would tune in for, for a PPV price as well but sadly I don't see them making that one for a few years down the line.
Like you said though these people in charge, working alongside promotions are doing themselves an injustice and essentially they're not calling fights like they should be but I doubt there will ever be anything done about this.
I just grow fed-up of it, sick of Jim Watts BS amateur commentary, after several years he is still a pathetic POS that is tending to promoting overhyped fighter instead of giving his actual opinion...
Say what you want about Larry Merchant but atleast at times he sounded like he gave his own opinion.
Urgh sadly, I don't think we will ever get rid of that type of persona I mean its even shown in some manner towards Boxnation sponsored fighters.
The opposition fighter needs to clearly outclass the promoted fighter before the commentary are even willing to praise him.
That in my opinion is not what we should expecting from 'professional' commentators half the commentators haven't even laced the gloves up and experienced a real fighting scenario themselves.
And somehow, deep inside, i'm supposed to care?
If your so impressed by him, why would you not bother changing it!??!
You know why???
Because, you clearly not either.:haha:
Well you're the one quoting a year old comment yet your ass don't care?
K den, keep telling yoursel that.
Why don't I change it? Because it requires effort I've not yet been willing to push on towards doing?
My top ten P4P
1 Manny Pacquiao
2 Wladimir Klitschko*up 1 place for beating #2 HW
3 Floyd Mayweather*down 2 places due to an unimpressive year
4 Guillermo Rigondeaux
5 Gennady Golovkin
6 Roman Gonzalez
7 Sergey Kovalev
8 Adonis Stevenson
9 Saul Alvarez
10 Amir Khan *Timmeh drops out after drawing to Chaves with Khan having overall a better year
You baited yourself "#1 fan!"
That was a P4P list that I made nearly a year ago.
Brooks career=Beating Shawn Porter
I think he's just being pumped by Brits who don't like Khan and need a makeshift
replacement
There's no way that one win actually propelled him to this level of hype
British? Don't like Khan? Pretend Brook is somehow noteworthy
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking so far.
Until Kell fights and beats someone like a Marquez, Bradley or Rios then I will think differently BUT instead of those fights which I think he could have won he and that knob end Eddie Hearn decided to fight Frankie Gavin....
I'm just glad Kell stopped Frankie, that POS didn't deserve that world title fight at all and I'm glad that what I tweeted the cunt actually came to full fruition, maybe that is why he blocked me, the harsh truth I sent to him was too much to take.
Khan wud have disposed of him in 2 rounds
and he doesnt even hit hard as Brook
DAMN!!!
That sig, lmfao!
Chris face just completely rattled up from that uppercut, I'm going to have to watch the replay of the fight I wasn't aware the fight was happening on a Saturday midnight otherwise I would have stayed up for it.
K guys watch the fight 10% speed and see who wins then, K I'm serious u know I know boxing because every boxing judge should be able to use special power of slowing down time to judge every single action of the fight.
