I dont put too much emphasis on decisions from corrupt/stupid judges. They gave hatton the decision against collazo, but we know who won. They gave Valuev the decision against Holyfield, but we know who won. They shouldve given Marquez the decision against Pac in the second fight.

I agree. Hatton has a padded record against terrible british and euro fighters and if he wouldve fought kostya during kotsya's prime, he wouldve gotten decapitated.

Overrated is an understatement. This guy has lost every meaningful fight he has ever fought. He beat a sorry as Cory Spinks like 5 years ago, and has lost everything since. And every loss has been lopsided. Baldomir, Cotto, Mayweather, and Clottey all took his crack head ass to school. Yet, he keeps getting the benefit of the doubt and keeps getting meaningful fights.

I wish I had never gone to that shit. In the arena, it looked like Oscar was letting his little brother beat him up. It looked staged; he was looking at the shots coming and would only brace himself, not trying to hold or actually avoid the shots. That shit looked shady to me. Anyway, I spent a shit load of money, walked away sick, as all the Filipinos in the arena were jacking off with joy. The shit was just sickening. I'll admit, I wanted Manny to win going into the fight, but once you're there, in that environment, you can't help but root for your man. Manny owned the house come fight night. Mexicans were in the minority. All the Mexicans & Chicanos walked away from that mess with a look of disgust on their (our) faces.
Looking on the bright side though, the event itself was unlike anything I've ever experienced. The weigh in was crazy, crazier than the fight; at least it was more competitive. Fighters were walking around the MGM all weekend, many unrecognized be the common bystander. The highlight of my weekend: Getting shit faced with Ricky Hatton at the Zuri Lounge.
I called this shit happening. That's how I felt during Pavlik/Hopkins. Shit looked real shady. Pavlik sat there and watched punches land on his chin. Don't ever go to a Oscar, Hopkins, Mosley fight ever again. If you liked the atmosphere of this fight, you should've been to the Pac/Marquez 2 fight. Unbelievable intensity in the whole arena. Everyone in that motha was on their feet from the undercards to the end of the night.
DLH got what he deserved, his head handed to him. He picks and chooses who he wants to fight, when he wants to fight and usually doesn't deliver(see matches versus Mosley, Floyd, Tito, and Hopkins and now Pac) Mexicans and non Mexicans alike know he's not what boxing needs. Same here. I thought Morales Pacquiao 1 was the best fight in my lifetime, but this blows it away. The intensity in Marquez Vazquez III was something I've never seen before. It felt like that they were fighting for the lives of their children.
Watching a fight live is the greatest sports event you can watch live. And watching a fight in vegas is like nothing else. The atmosphere for that fight will be ridiculous. Both Mandalay and MGM are pretty small so getting the cheap tickets is not that big of a deal. You'll still get a great view. If the fight lands at Thomas and Mack, get good seats cuz its huge and has rafters that can interfere with your view. Don't get too wasted before the fight cuz there's gonna be a lot of drunk clowns and you wanna be kinda sober if shit goes down.
