Yeah I'm on the east coast in the US and when it got close to midnight and the main event still hadn't started, I went to bed.
Sorry Lomachenko, maybe next time.
Not his fault he's 5 foot 3. Although with the lower men's weight classes it does amuse me that the swimsuit babes holding the signs that say Round X might weigh more than the fighters.
I think it should go.....
Flyweight
Grain-of-sand-weight
Speck-of-dust-weight
If I had to bet on this fight I'd bet on Jacobs. I'm not guaranteeing he'll win, but he's at +500 or +600 on the sites I checked. Those are tempting odds.
(Of course I said the same thing about similar odds for Lomachenko - Walters and that fight ended up non-competitive.)
Walters has the tools to beat loma but his inactivity worries me.
The odds are tempting but i wont bet on Walters.
If I were a betting man, I'd throw a few bucks on Walters. One site has him a +540 underdog.
We've lost 14 of 15 and they let this scrub throw out the first pitch. God damn team gets on my god damn nerves.
It seems the Cleveland Indians somehow stole your team's mojo.
I just meant that, for my own curiosity, I'd rather see Pascal vs. Smith.
But you're right, if I were Pascal or his entourage, I'd probably pick an opponent with a low KO percentage.
Let's hope this Miles Teller movie is closer to Whiplash than to Fantastic Four in quality.
Audiences might be burned out on boxing movies by now, though.
