Why is anyone who criticized the Pac catchweight a "non-fan"?
I guess you are right. I did not thought of that when I made the post. I am a fan too and I dont like catchweight, but 145 is ok for me.
At the end of the day, as per NSAC's requirement, Manny passed every single test conducted on him. The same governing body that gave green signals to endless numbers of boxers in the past to box in USAa. Boxers both from America and the rest of the world that eventually became stars, HOFs, ATGs. The likes of Sugar Ray Leonard, Hagler, Ali, Tyson, Duran Lewis, Hearns, Chavez Sr, and recent ones like Floyd Jr, Bradley, Berto, Ward et al.
If you think or if you have already decided that Manny is a cheat because he stopped short of giving in to all of Floyd's demand, then by the same logic, you need to brand those past and present boxers as cheats as well. Because none of them have been blood tested before.

Always disliked Amir Khan only because he was really over-hyped, fighting nobodys, was clearly protected and was calling out big names. this thread is to show other countrys we thought nothing of amir in the first place. I was one of those who followed Amir's Olympic journey and was very happy that he was in the finals. I saw the potential in him.
But the moment he turned pro, i started to "hate" him (too strong a word though), probably because of the way people around him behaved, most of them acted as if Team Khan is a cut above the rest, at least that is how I saw it. What made it worse is the fact that each time Amir is on telly, you can feel his sense of arrogance. Too cocky at times.
So, back to your question. The answer is, No, i dont care. I used to be a big fan, but now I only watch his fight hoping that he gets beat. KO'ing him out is a bonus. What a happy man I was last night! I just hope he retires now as the same will happen to him again and again. Warren is a leech. They both deserve each other.
I hope this serves as a wake up call to all up and coming boxers that humility more than cockiness, most often than not, brings more fans than haters.

I agree. I was thinking of the same... "Khaned" is a good verb word but should only be used negatively and always in the past tense, otherwise a sentence like this:
"Can Boxer A 'khan' Boxer B?"

Im a Paul Williams hater. This guy is listed as being 6'1. After looking at many of his stare downs with opponents, let me tell you there is no fucking way in hell he is 6'1. Hes more like 6'3. My friend is 6'1 and im 5'10. When me and my friend stand next to each other, we have far less height difference than when PW stands next to Marg. And Marg is taller than me. His frame looks horrible in the ring when he fights, he looks like a starved bum that would starve and only eat oatmeal to save enough money so he could look like all his color matching rapper idols. Then he talks about people at welterweight fearing him when he fears moving up where he belongs. At 6'3 he would still be taller than most middle, super middle, light heavy, cruiser, and even heavyweights, imagine that. Oh wait whats that? He was talking about fighting Pavlik? Same thing can be said of Margarito when he fought Cotto. He looked a little under-nourished.

The earlier Cotto realizes that Pacquiao is really faster than him, the better he'll be able to deal with him(Pacquiao) and come up with plan B. Otherwise, his attitude come fight night will be similar to that of Hatton's (over-confident), and the result could well be the same too.

This is the type of thread, fantasy matchups, where pacfans are in a no-win situation. Matching pac against past fighters where the majority of Manny's fans have not heard of, either they are purely Manny's fans or just too young to know them.
Choose Manny and all negative feedbacks will be thrown at you. The TS should specify who are qualified to reply. Otherwise, pacfans will always be pacfans, and if you are a hater, you will not like it.
Pacfans should avoid this sort of threads, as haters tend to use them to criticize you, being a fan of Manny.
As a Manny fan, I voted for him in the poll, but I watched the video of Salvador Sanchez in one of the replies here and he was really good, fast and got punching power. Now its ok to criticize me for choosing Manny, but please without name callings.
