Who wins if they fight next?

Those who've been on here for long enough will know I've always been critical of Crawford, I've never seen him as a P4P type of fighter, simply because he has never proven himself against top level guys. I'm not denying that Crawford is a skilled fighter, but how much longer is he going to get 'eye test points' instead of actually proving himself against real top dogs, like previous and current P4P fighters have? There are multiple guys with less than 20 fights who have better resumes and have accomplished more than Crawford, yet they get little recognition. This 'nobody wants to fight him' narrative is boring and only casuals run with that BS, like when it was happening with Golovkin who was constantly shat on. Fighters will fight ANYONE if you put up the money and that's facts. So lets stop blaming other fighters and start looking and Crawford and his team for simply not attempting to get big fights for him.

Including the Pacman fight coming up. Not many fighters out there outside of the #1 welterweight in the world are on a schedule like that. The vast majority of predictions I've seen for this fight have been in favour of Pacman, both on here and boxing communities all over the net, despite Thurman being a slight betting favourite and being the champion coming in. Hopefully the winner of this great 50-50 fight gets FULL credit. One of these guys' resumes is about to get thicker.

If he already isn't? He already has the best resume at #147, would adding another signature win, against a past prime but still sharp and dangerous ATG like Pacquaio, further separate himself from his competition?

These boys don't get enough respect, the common perception is the current gen can't hang with past generations of elite welters, as is usually the case though, I feel these guys will get their credit when they hang up the gloves and the next generation of fighters start to breakthrough, then they will get the same stick these guys are getting. Funny how this sport works. You look at the current scene and see every profile of fighter, every style, personality etc we have seen in previous eras. Thurman, Spence, Crawford, Porter, Danny, these guys would be competitive in any era

Mikey has been talking about fighting at 147 and specifically Keith Thurman for a while now. If he beats Lipinets and becomes a 4 division champion, he's not going to resist the opportunity to go for number 5. It doesn't seem like Mikey is gonna get the fights with Loma or Linares, so I can see him testing the waters at 147 later this year. The fight would would be easy to sell and generate good numbers. Mikey, a p4p fighter challenging the unified welterweight champ, who is also a p4p fighter, to become a 5 division champ. Both undefeated, both skilled and power punchers. I think 147 is going to be a step too far for Mikey like it was for Marquez. But I can definitely see the fight happening.

Very good watch, Thurman breaks down how to cut off the ring, set up punches, how movement keeps opponents off balance etc.

Why the fight didn't happen, if it will happen etc

A lot of people are sleeping on this fight, mostly down to not know much about Avni Yilidirim. I expect an absolute fire-fight with the styles these guys have, Avni has short arms and he's a very strong, durable inside fighter with a great output, punch resistance and heart. He's going to test Eubank Jr's will and maybe even take a couple of teeth as souvenirs. Do not sleep on this fight.

This is gonna be a FOTY candidate if it comes to fruition. The build up is gonna be lively as **** too! Kenny is gonna out-talk Angel and Shawn is gonna outwork Swift. MAKE THIS FIGHT HAPPEN!!!!

2008 Olympic trials

This kid is a real puncher with good skill and a decent amateur pedigree. Keep an eye on him. He says in the interview that they've been trying to get a fight with Postol but Postol isn't interested. Also mentions Imam as a potential opponent, talks about his career goals etc.

I see people are pretty split on this fight, but I favour Shawn to win a clear decision.
