Are you stupid? Yes I know you can knock an opponent down in a round and not get a knockout. Check Boxrec, it will tell you how many knock downs there where in the fights. Tim has knocked down(and went on to win by UD), TKO'd, or KO'd 11 opponents in all. Plus two more were unable to continue cause of head clashes.

Check the info under the fights. I already told weather just a knock down or a real KO(not head clash stoppages), only 11 of his opponents have touched the canvas. You didn't say stunned though but I'm sure he has stunned a lot of his opponents. I've even seen a few of his videos where Tim has stunned like 5 or 6 of them with just his head alone!
I don't disagree with your breakdown of the ortiz berto fight but despite all that stuff you said, did berto have ortiz on the verge of stoppage? you think "here we go again" was running through ortiz's mind? that fight was going to be over except for that quick left that made steward call out to god........
That's why I say he lost because of recklessness. It rejuvanated a mentally weak opponent and sank berto. Berto goes in with controlled aggression and he's still undefeated and ortiz probably is a broadcaster.
