He signs with GBP and then fights Khan(of course he is really d!cking SHaw in the a$$ and shaw treated him professionally) 2. he signs with top rank and fights Manny I'm so tired of this Shaw was a good promoter crap..Bradley wanted to leave Shaw before he fought Alexander and it also held up nego between the two sides..Bradley signed an extension with Shaw for the fight now he wants to part ways(which is a smart move)which is his right..Shaw does not/nore can he get the big fights Bradley is looking for,so what is he suppose to do??Shaw has been with Bradley for yrs and has not promoted him right,the only reason Bradleys name is out there at all is because he has kept winning..F Shaw Bradley is doing the right thing by getting away from him now...

If it was Khan that ducked Bradley the entire forum would be up in arms, there would be riots in the streets of the US, and there might even be a resolution passed at the United Nations condemning Khan! LOL! Yet when Bradley ducks Khan the deafening silence is put down to apathy and you go one further to give Bradley a "carte blanche". Perhaps you like the culture of ducking opponents, padding your record, using OST/PEDS and promotors to stall and duck opponents and then claim you arent getting the kind of limelight you deserve because of your race, Or better doing a Mosley and turning up to collect a pay day and not even throwing a punch. The plan was always for Khan to fight Bradley if Khan beat Maidana and Bradley beat Alexander which they both did. Bradleys apostles will bring up Gary Shaw, Timothy Bradleys problem with Gary Shaw is Timothy Bradleys problem with Gary Shaw I dont see why that should be used as an excuse to duck opponents. Whats all the more tragic is that American posters are normally the first and most ardent people to accuse others of ducking opponents yet are nowhere to be seen or heard when it comes to Bradley. Its just another case of an African American fighter ducking an Asian fighter, Im sure we all know the most famous case of an African American boxer who refuses to fight Manny Pacquaio, Mayweather has set a bad precedent for other African American boxers: Just duck opponents that can beat you, build up a padded record, Drop PEDS to stall the fight, Drop rival promoters to stall the fight, Drop money to stall the fight, Then cash out in a big fight like Mosley by turning up to collect a payday and not throwing a punch or causing an upset like a good journeyman. Seems to me that no one was really excited by Tim 'Billy Goat' Bradley anyway. Just when he was starting to get some light, he stepped out of it and took the wind out of his sails. People haven't given Bradley a free pass so much as people have began to care even less about Bradley than they already did, if that's even possible.

I don't know man, I thought it was about as ripe as it's gonna get. They are both fringe of moving to WW, they are both the last one's standing in the 140 pound division. . . Bradley stood to make EASILY double of what he has ever made before. He was making more money than any other boxer not fighting floyd or pac would make. He is leaving Shaw, and ducking Khan because he wants to fight Pacquiao and get a guaranteed payday of around 3-4 million. If he loses to Khan, then he would move further back in line for pacquiao. He is also GUARANTEED a million dollar payday for his next fight on HBO opponent notwithstanding. If he was 100% confident of beating Khan, he would have taken the fight, made the 3 million, AND then been guaranteed a pacquiao fight immediately. RATHER, he knows Khan will beat him, so he is taking "the road MOST travelled by". - the "easy", "more secure" way. I can see them meeting at WW. I don't think either Bradley or Khan are a household name, they are both young with fewer than 30 pro fights each. They are both improving and getting better. This only applies given that Tim Bradley is not a ***** and eventually fights Khan.

You don;t want salesmen in boxing...you want hard-workers makin beautiful fights happen on time and regular. And when they make them they put their heart onto it. What Mayweather is doing now is all good to see. Its great but its not what a man on the street wants to see. I want a fighter who is gonna get that three fight a year, maybe two fights a year in...and Mayweather is too old for that. HBO doesn't intentionally set out to be in situations like this - but they have to end up offering all these extra guarantees and bonuses JUST to get some of the best american fighters to NUTT the **** up and take a dangerous fight. . . i know timmy, as a man, has to look out for his wife and kid first, and the fans second. but the kind of money he was set to make against khan it gets pretty hard to keep defending on the basis of "feeding my family". . . The funny thing is Bradley is the one who has lost out, He will be stripped of his WBC/WBO titles because he is not defending them, He is moving up to welterweight and because he is a pygmy I doubt he will win a title in that division. So his chances of getting a pay day against Khan are lost. Its just another cause of a boxer shooting himself in the foot or cutting off his own nose to spite his face.
