It's just a pity Eubank and Benn never fought Toney or Jones, i think they could have been interesting fights, i think they would have been underestimated , which would have played into their hands, i think Eubank would have had a legit shot at beating Toney, styles make fights.
Joe needs a defining fight, no doubt about it. The Lacy win just proved to Americans he was world class, now he needs to step it up, but theres not many guys out there.
still, Wlad is faster than Briggs and has a better chin than Lennox.
I hope you're joking, Lennox just got caught out twice when he wasn't focused, Wlad just totally folds under pressure, take that Briggs fight, Wlad would have crumbled in Lewis' position, but Lennox composed himself, and i doubt he would have survived against the Ray Mercer Lewis faced. Lewis had a suspect chin, Wlad just has a china chin.
Vitali ate bombs from Lewis, the uppercut in particular was a shot that would have knocked out most other fighters, i think there may be confusion with stamina and chin here, but his chin was solid.
To be fair to Calzaghe, i think it's just been circumstances which have got in his way, he just hasn't been lucky throughout his career, although he always seemed too laid back about fighting the best out there, and Warren isn't exactly a help either.
Froch didn't look too hot against Magee though, i think Calzaghe would beat him at present, Froch needs a few more fights, i don't like his attitude though, him and James Toney are on my shortlist of fighters i'd love to see get knocked flat on their arse.
It will be interesting to see how he reacts if he ever gets beat up or knocked out, or even beaten by a fair margin. This man needs a slice of humble pie.

Well he outboxed Tua for 11 rounds, and has beaten Rahman twice, so his boxing ability can take care of business against Peter, so long as he keeps focused. And Toney? certainly not the one against Rahman. I actually belive Maskaev has both their numbers, looks like he's being underrated despite the win.
