cant blame a man for putting his career on temporary hold to be with his new baby, plenty of fighters have done it. just like plenty of fighters have blamed having a baby for under performing. garcia used maidana having a baby as an excuse for the first mayweather fight for example.
if you choose to fight you choose to fight, you cant use that as an excuse. but for that same reason you cant blame quillen for not wanting to choose between being in tip top shape and being there as much as he wants to for the early stages of parenthood.
he does need more than 4 weeks to get prepared. him staying in the gym year around doesnt change that, there is a big difference between being in gym shape and fighting shape.

Soto wins, going by what I've last seen from Broner. Now if Broner simply moves forward, eliminate boxing (Which he sucks at) he may not only win but stop Soto.
IMO Broner is not a mover. Broner has a leaky defense all the time but when he's back peddling he is very vulnerable. He always has his chin in the air/ pulls straight back when he's moving. That's when I've seen Broner get hit flush the most when he's trying to be a boxer/puncher.
