Froch did make that "strange" remark in regards to him being the top fighter if he were to beat Ward. Because Floyd doesn't have too many fights in him? Even if he were to retire before him? Andre Ward has already accomplished more. Prime Jones beats Calzaghe at 168, same with a prime Toney. Calzaghe fought a shell of Roy Jones and Hopkins was too old at the time.
I think Joe might have beaten even a prime Toney. It is a bit of a toss up, though. I wouldn't be shocked with either winning a close fight. Shame there isn't a computer program to give us proper simulations of fights like that...

To be fair, Floyd compromised on a 24 day cut off. 14 days isn't too close to a fight, but then I'm not Manny Pacquiao.
I also don't think agreeing to the tests is bowing down to Floyds will, and I don't think it's fair for Manny Pacquiao to hide behind the commission. Especially as he has made his own demands that have been agreed to with no questions asked. That is not considered bowing down to Pacquiao's will. I think what Floyd is asking is fair, especially as it seems to be his only question. Although that may have changed now.
