CARL FROCH has delivered a chilling message to wannabes eyeing his world belts, warning: I’ll carry on boxing into my forties. not sure why froch is catching heat, guy might be unorthodox but his style works, guy is a winner. And hopefully this means we can see Froch vs. GGG, Kovalev, Chavez Jr or someone like this. Once he destroys groves i hope he fights them, screw a kessler rematch or ward rematch I don't think we'll ever see Froch v Kovalev unless Kovalev drops to 168. The Golovkin fight is very possible, likely even, but not until he's a star.

Froch's already slow, expect him to be a snail late later in his career. He didn't just come up short against Ward, he lost every round. Skillwise he's not good. Outboxed by Taylor and Dirrell where he was way behind. Sorry to his fans. Truth is he's not Great.

If Zab hurt Danny in the last rds of their fight like so many of u say then Froch has been hurt a number of times. Zab had Danny ready to go but couldn't pull the trigger. I think Froch has been in that position twice v Taylor and Kessler II.

Well that's good to hear... He's my favorite active fighter. If he's taking care of himself between fights than he should be good - plus the only person who seems to halfway wanna go to war with him is Kessler. All the other top 168 lbers ran and held.

Froch is the Flying Spehgetti Monster himself but his style is not suited to fight into an advanced age. Once he starts to slow he will really start to take some heavy punishment in fights. He has a couple years left at best. I'm thinking four more fights and he will already be slipping into retirement. This from a Froch fan.

Froch has clearly trolled your peanut brain with this article but the vast majority of the best 168lb fighters are from Europe. Europe: Froch, Kessler, Stieglitz, Bute, Groves, Abraham and DeGale. NA: Ward, Rodriguez Africa: Bika, Oosthuizen theres quite a few more euros to add to that list too.

Yes you can continue in your forties, but the results dictate when you are finished really. If you are BH you can fight to your fifty cos you aint ageing. BH is a funny case as he isn't losing his stamina. But im sure Froch can fight to his 40s he keeps himself in shape and is fit, real fit.

Love Carl Froch but Ward boxed his ears off! Ward himself said he didnt expect it to be that easy or for Carl to be so slow! It made for a very boring fight! Styles make fights, and if Froch beats Groves then Kessler 3 has to happen! I'd rather see Froch fight Bernard and/or Kovalev.

None of the others hurt him, besides perhaps Taylor.

love Froch, but he's bullshitting saying he's never been hurt he hasn't taken brutal damage, but he's been in tough fights he doesn't have a long time left in his career there's guys he can beat at 175 if he goes up he's resigned to being #2 at 168 because he can't beat Ward if Ward moves up, then stick around and fight a couple more times but can't see Froch going past 38 and still being a top guy
