Today's elite fighters are very good, but not great. GGG is very good, Canelo, very good. But Roy Jones was great. The fact that he started his career as a 152 pound Junior Middleweight to the a Heavyweight crown is nothing short of outstanding. I wonder if any of today's fighter who starts at Junior Middleweight could win a title at Heavyweight.

I believe Algieri is liked because of his skin tone, but I heard fans say they like him for his "skills" And he also gets criticism for not engaging and using footwork, casuals call it "running" With that said I'm curious to know who Algieri fans had winning the Mayweather Pacquiao fight.

He says this to why the Mexican people are pulling for Pacquiao. I myself wish Floyd was a much better role model or I'd be rooting for him easily. We need a better role model from a guy who is a figure in our society.

Who had the better overall career and why?

If he doesn't fight Manny now, it will be well known throughout, that he ducked Manny Pacquiao. Is he ready for those questions for the rest of his life? Funny how Floyd loves to fight flat footed opponents, but rarely fights opponents that can move & punch.
