I believe Algieri is liked because of his skin tone, but I heard fans say they like him for his "skills" And he also gets criticism for not engaging and using footwork, casuals call it "running" With that said I'm curious to know who Algieri fans had winning the Mayweather Pacquiao fight. a not so subtle way of trying to get my attenion, chozen1...you wanna know what I think? Chris Algieri is DISLIKED b/c of his skin tone, son! If he was black and signed with Al Haymon he'd be the last best thing Pacquiao ducked. 8-4 Floyd. That was a solid fight if it was on Boxing After Dark. As for 6 million views, 100 dollar ppv tag....give me a f*cking break, two pansies didn't deliver sh1t. One guy ran from a dude a career featherweight put to sleep 3 years ago and the other looked like he showed up for a paycheck. Not every fight should be treated equally - when the price is so high, expectations are too and they should be delivered on. You can't call urself TBE and perform like that. The only one's happy about this heist are fl0mos but they've been living through Floyd as long as they can remember so I can't fault them now.
