Roy Jones rolling straight right (where he winds it up like he's pitching).... BEAST
Mayweather's pull counter are magic also
And i cannot remember the exact fight but think its Castillo Corrales 1 where Corrales lands this beautiful combo think its Left hook, left body hook, left hook then left uppercut
IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT PLEASE POST, I CANT FIND THE LINK
Mike Tyson, he'd only lost one fight (to Ali) before he fought Pacquiao, he fought him at 167.5 Pacquiao knocked him out in the 9th.
Sugar Ray Leopard, arguably the best fighter ever out of all 5 weight divisions in boxing, only lost one fight to Roberto Durex in the Rumble in the Jungle. They fought at Sugar Raymonds natural weight of 170 (Manny weighed in at 101)Pacquiao knocked him out in the 9th.
Matthew Hatton , after beating Kostya Zoo for the super light welter Universal Professional Boxing Club Belt (wbo). Pacquiao knocked him out in the 9th. Pacquiao had to wear blue gloves in this fight and as we all know blue boxing gloves are the wost kind because you cant get power into the slaps.
After a 5 years layoff Manny fought Marvelous Marvin Hopkins at a really heavy weight, like super fat weight or some sh*t. Pacquiao won via 9th round knock out. Well he punched him on the floor and the ref like stopped the fight, but Marvin was like still awake if you get what i mean.
Naseem Hamed, this fight is coming up in June but Naseem has been undeafeted since his retirement in the late 80's.
*sigh*!!!!!!
I actually do not know where to start - You are a complete and utter moron that is all

REALLY????? :crackhead haha give me some of whatever your smoking
I found odds of 4.80 for maidana for the KO!!!!
IMO they are just mad odds for a fighter with a 85% KO rating.
Seriously temping odds lads, thinking of dropping 8 or 9 hungee on it
$4,300 back!!!!!!!!! mmmmm :yeah:
It doesn't matter, he never fought the fights that could have prove his ability beyond it's current level.
As with Bute, he was used to fighting lesser opposition, looking very good against them, but it a complete different story when you fight a guy who has prove ability on a higher level.
Would you please stop comparing Bute with Floyd Mayweather you complete clown!!!!!!
.
2) Perceived ability over Proven ability: As I mentioned in a thread of mine last week, Floyd has benefited from a perceived ability he has, it has not been proven because he has not proved it against truly elite fighters. Much as the same as Bute was being picked to beat Froch by many because of his perceived ability and unbeaten record and because he had looked good against lesser opponents, many people pick Floyd to win fantasy fights for much of the same reasons failing to acknowledge these true greats proven ability not just perceived as Floyd.
3) Much as the same way, people were calling Bute intelligent, ring smart too technical, all these attributes are giving to Floyd, not that they are negative factor in a boxer, they are not but nowadays people seem to over rate them.
Man seriously WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING?????
"Perceived ability"????? GTF out of here, You cannot seriously call yourself a boxing fan and not appriciate Mayweather.
If you dont - you've never boxed!!! Period
Floyd is arguably the most skilled boxer of the past 25 years and is arguably the best defensive boxer of all time.
Hes the most popular since Tyson
The man is world champion since he has been 21 (hes 35 now)
14 years as a world champion!!!!
He has always faced the best available boxers of this era (Bar Pacquaio - and that because of Arum, cotto sooner -also because of arum),
do a youtube search of all the fighters he called out (after the gatti fight i think, mosley. gatti, Kosta tyzu etc etc)
People are just hating on him because he has not yet faced Pac - which will be nowhere as close as everyone thinks.
Anyway it really frustates me, because floyd is the best boxer of our era why can we just appreciate his skills man - fair enough he markets himself as a complete ******* to sell the fight, thats his downfall.
It will be 20 years until people really appreciate how good he is - more all rounded than Ali IMO
He wins most fantasty fights because he is really that good - you just blinded by his dickhead personality
Vasyl Lomanchenko (Ukraine)is defo one to look out for!!!!!
I heard before that he has like nearly 200 amateur fights with 4 or 5 loses and every loss he has avenged!!!!!!
AND he is already an olympic gold medalist from 2008,
AND he is due to turn pro with some big promoter in Germany after.
The next BIG thing is boxing. You heard it here firsthttp://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmdKFACfBDQ&feature=related

where are you getting 7/1 @?
7/1 @ Paddypower.com (+ your bet back) Irish / UK site
$8 @ sportsbet.com.au (Australian site) give the exact same return as above
OH MY GOD!!!!!! I started the thread and I was going to place $500 on Bradley, but went out with my mates this morning. Planned to get back to watch the fight 12 Australian time..... could get back in time.... or place the bet............. So Im down $3,500
FACK!!!!!
Bradley by decision might be the 2nd or 3rd best prop option (aside from Pacquiao by decision and possibly a draw) because Bradley is going to see all 12. It'll take away from possible earnings, but I'd hedge (bet enough on the 2 other results to make my money back, but bet the bulk on Bradley by decision).
Yeah thats what I was thinking man, i see the fight the
If pac wins by KO I get $320 from a $10 5 fight accumulator
Alvarez - Mosley = Alvarez points or Dec
Mayweather - Cotto = Mayweather points or dec
Froch - Bute = Froch to win
Dawson - Hopkins = Dawson points or dec
And Pac by KO is the final one
So I have the Pac KO covered = I win $320
Put $10 on the draw = $330 (Try protect 'win')
Bradley Decision $300 = will win me $2100........
EITHER WAY im not going to be majorly out off pocket placing $300 down as it is winnings from previous $10 bet...... If Pac KO's Bradley
Thanks for pointing that out to me... never seen that 1st r 2nd time around - it does look kinda staged / or like schaefer gave floyd the signal to go off on Larry.
The reason, i dunno maybe both of them want Merchant out of HBO - OR more than likely it is just for extra exposure..... his rant got on TMZ FFS, this cant be a bad thing if the non boxing watching public gets to know who Floyd Mayweather is, through his arrogant bull****-------- Transfers into extra PPV Numbers for his next time around----- Therefore more money in Floyd and Schaefers pocket next time around!!!!
I agree 100% pal, I thought he looked amazing, would of loved to see more of the domination that was only starting. After the 2nd rd he was starting to fnd his groove as he always does, found out what was working and was landing right hands and UPERCUTS at will.
Regardless of how many rounds it was goin the result was gonna be the same, Ortiz did what he did because he was getting very frustrated that most of his punches were not landing just look back on the flurry before the headbutt - He landed like 1 clean punch out of 10 r so
Please go we dont have to wait another year and a half to see myweather fight again.
IMO The Kahn fight in England is next - **** the mayweather Pac fight at this stage im sick hearing about it
Brilliant!!!!!
Imagine Ward Chavez Jr on that date and Mayweather vs Pac/Martinez on the same weekend or a week later
Oh well we can always dream!!!!!!
For anyone interested Oscar just posted this, hopefully should hear something in the next week or 2:boxing::boxing::boxing::boxing:
Oscar De La Hoya @OscarDeLaHoya 1 Jun
Mayweather vs Canelo tickets will be announced soon.
Expand
I arrive on the 10th lads. I already have tickets for the fight. Looking for tickets for the weigh in if any 1 has any info would be greatly appreciated
Cheers for the heads up. Im all over this. Flying into vegas on Tuesday have my tickets for the mgm. The weigh in will be judt the cherry on top. Ill try stick up some photos after the fight hopefully with plenty of boxers snd celebs:boxing:
I don't buy that Ricky Hatton is a managing partner for GB in the Uk. I call bull****. I was talking to a guy at the fights last week sold ricky hatton ringside tickers for $25gs. I doubt very much that shaefeer and Hopkins had to do the same
The only reason I give Bradley a chance is the same as the above poster..... Pac looked terrible in his last few fights, his heart doesnt seem to be as dedicated to the sport as he once was, AND all the bickering bul l**** behind the scenes in his training.
All these factors swing the ball towards Bradley IMO
Dont get me wrong, Bradley would NEVER beat a Prime Pacquaio..... But I think he has peaked and is on the slide........... And I think Bob Arum thinks the same
Some good news to make PBF's time in jail a little easier on him.
4 years but the wait is finally over, Floyd reclaims the P4P spot without lacing up a glove.
He always was P4P No 1 you fool...... Your only realising it now. Since the penny drops that Pac man isnt all that
40 million and dats not including ppv nos and sponsors.... where is that 40 million gonna come from? (not tryin to be smart my man just dont understand)
just like when u take him seriously on his peds allegations.
anyway, i cant see the need to take a break that long. he had fought a blown up lightweight, which he fought with an advantage weight, and a 38 year old guy.
is floyd fading to need a long rest or, i hope not, ducking a guy the said is an easy fight.
I do not think floyd is ducking pacquaio, the ball is in pacs court with the drugs testing take it or leave it. Its kinda like this is sum bullshit waiting game by the promoters to make the fans anticipate the fight even further and therefore pull the ppv nos up.
But I for 1 am gettin seriously pissed off with this crap. The sooner the better
Mayweather vs Pac for Nov May UD or ended up KO'D in first 4 rounds
and the rematch for summer 2011 Mayweather by domination easy UD
Hopefully this fight will be a classic, maybe one of the best of our era.
:boxing::boxing::boxing::boxing:
Both Floyd and Pac are holding the fight up. they can't reach an agreement. get that through your thick skull! :D
How is floyd holding up the fight?
I do not think there should be any budge on this issue... Every top athelete in the world takes these tests, and Pacquaio must not be able to have cut off dates, as this make the whole RANDOM blood tests more or less... pointless.
Do you think Husain Bolt can turn around and say you can test me on this day and that day but not any day 2 weeks before a race..... Hell NO!!! World class atheletes do not go on with this shit
Boxing is not in the long term interests of anyones health so if Manny has achieved all he can, if he doesn't need the money why risk his future health.
It is fairly pointless unless he wants to stack mroe paper before he retires and even then he should be looking past the sport more every day.
Bump... im interest to see if roach is pissing anyone else off lately
