Many think that Sergio is simply too small for the 168 pounders. If you think about it, Sergio can still make 154, whereas I don't think that any of the Super Sixers can make 160. That gives you an idea of the size disadvantage that Sergio will be facing if he were to move up to 168.

Mosley was past his prime when he fought Floyd. That's no knock on Floyd; I bring it up because his speed and power had nothing to do with OST. It had to do with the stage of his career that Mosley was at for their fight.

Give Khan his just due. He dominated a legit contender, while many thought it would be a very competitive fight. Some credible boxing writers (e.g. Doug Fischer, Eric Raskin, Gabriel Montoya) even picked Zab to win.

The keyword you said there is all bouts. I agree with that. But not with special bouts just because one of the fighters in the bout is the cash cow. If you think having the cash cow start OST is a good way to start implementing OST, then that is your opinion. My opinion stays where it should either be for all bouts or none at all. I find that more fair since its not coming from a fighter.
On the side note, I would rather pay my $50 to this version of Khan fighting floyd than the McCloskey version of Khan.
The reality is that OST is not mandated by any boxing commision, and the testing implemented by the commisions do not detect all PEDs, so, like it or not, Floyd has every right to request OST for his fights.
(Oh yeah, and a side note for myself, I actually am more of a Manny fan than a Floyd fan, although I respect the ability of both fighters. I would favor Manny to defeat him if they were to fight.)

I'm not suggesting anything about Khan, but OST will surely make a difference psychologically or physically in my opinion especially if you're only doing it cause ur opponent says so. This version of Khan has a good chance of beating Mayweather from what I saw, but not with OST.
So you are saying if Floyd makes Khan do OST (because, of course, as the cash cow, Mayweather can dictate that), it can negatively impact Khan psycholgically or physically? That doesn't make sense to me.
