They kept mentioning how big he was ad nauseum. These types of comments were flying out of their mouths so involuntarily and often, it's fair to assume that they were shocked by how massive he has gotten (even though they just saw him in April). Another odd thing was when the "word out of his camp is he's busting at the seams at 140" buzz line was used during the telecast. Really?? The same guy who said in his last fight, in his attempt to act like he didn't need Ariza, that he felt as good as he has felt in a long time and pointed to the 139 lbs he weighed in against McCloskey as proof?? So in April, 140 lbs was a class you felt comfortable in and had no problem making the weight, but now you're "busting at the seams" at the weight 3 months later?? Oh well....I'll pretend to act like I don't notice anything weird going on here. Pretending not to notice anything is probably better since there are so many diehard nut huggers around.
