Why does he even need to do USADA testing? This isn't required by any boxing athletic commission in the world.

With a competent ref Ward would definately had some points deducted and been disqualified. Either that or Ward would of been knocked out without the hit, hold and nut illegal tactics.

lol yes Froch can be very dirty when necesary but if the ref is overly biased this might not be a good thing.
The amount of joke fights/contriversies there have been this year if the winner is fair they should definatly be fighter of the year.

yes i believe he is underrated by alot of people who see him and say 'what a slow, clumsy, bum this guy is'.
it is true that he can be slow and clumsy though but he has other great qualities that more than make up for this.

steve smoger is the ref so we all know he'll let them both fight.
everyone says smoger is the best ref in boxing so I don't want to hear any excuses from either sides after tonight!

im sure Froch will throw them brick like rabbit punches if Ward holds without the ref doing **** all about it (like the Dirrell fight). But if the refs biased for Ward (following the pattern for most of the super six fights) then Froch could get DQ'd for it.

dont be so sure even if the ref is biased Froch is used to fighters holding him unlike Kessler. i remember Froch timing Magee (yes i know Magee is **** compared to Ward but a clinch is a clinch) as he kept holding (because he was scared of getting hit.)
Anyway Froch knocked him unconcious with the right uppercut and i remember seeing Ward getting knocked down against Boone, who is not a puncher, with a right uppercut when trying to initiate a clinch.
So i honestly believe Froch, who will also be much better prepared for Ward than Kessler was, does have a great chance at winning even if the ref is biased
You can understand why Froch would say this seeing as he has a great chin and his last 6 opponents have been world class fighters with good to great power. Whilst Andre Ward has a light punch.
to say 'no excuses' before a fight is ridiculus. Either fighter may well have valid excuses as to why they lost. like for instance if Ward holds Froch like 100 times and nuts him 7 times whilst the ref does **** all about it but penalises Froch for smaller infringments. That would be pretty good excuse i reckon.
If he can take cloud's shots he sure as hell can take froch punches.
When you move down in weight you cant usually absorb as much punishment and Froch hits hard
Sorry Bute, but you will be facing Ward, Froch's career starts it's downward spiral tonight. I would not mind seeing Bute fight Froch though, so he can knock him out with a body shot, that left uppercut/shovel hook shot that Bute throws is one of the most lethal body shots I have seen in a long time. No way in hell Froch could stand up to that. Bute even hurt Glen Johnson, which I have basically seen no one ever do.
Bute KO's Froch if they ever fight.
oh yeah i remember seeing that lethal body uppercut of Bute's when he fought the great Librado Andrade in there second fight. Didnt seem to want to use it their first fight though did he.
His 2 best opponents were old Glen Johnson and Sakio Bika but for some reason he couldn't stop them with it either which is interesting.
But yeah im sure he'd give it a go against Froch in Canada
Froch does have a solid chin, and can take a good punch there. It's the shot to the temple or above the year that is going to knock him out. Those are the shots that have dropped him, in the past.
