I think its a 50/50 right now! Loma is talented but I gurantee you he hasn't never been hit has hard as Tank hits. Ishe said he has seen a lot of power punchers and he sees it in Tank.
RING IQ????? LOL, SALIDO CONFUSED HIM COMING STRAIGHT FORWARD:boxing:
There was a method to Salido's madness. Was very deceptive with his body punching (not talking about lowblows). He was also shifting, which may have caught Lomachenko off guard. And his size did make a difference.

It's all one talking about how big a puncher someone is its another thing finding a way to land it on a guy who evades telegraphed shots so easily.
You're right he has never been HIT as hard as Tank CAN hit him...but the thing is...Tank wont be able to land a Clean shot on him so that **** doesnt matter...just like with Walters, his power became irrelevant
tank was talked about like a ****ing prospect when the fight could have happened. now its not going to, youve all come out of your caves to talk ****e again and make him out to be some world beater.
If David were Caucasian you’d be posting how great he was.
Bla, bla, bla. People are overestimating Lomachenko and underestimating Davis. Davis will make you eat your words. I wonder what the excuses will be.
The fight will happen.
I don't. Tank is way too slow and doesn't have the ring IQ. Loma would completely confuse him.

Haha, it was also said that Walters and Rigo would decapitate Loma when they landed...
A small portion of fans said that. Most knew better.
I’d favor Loma over Tank. I think he takes a good shot and is smart enough to avoid most of them. He’s dealt with a fast lefty before (ahem, Russell) and fared just fine. But if Tank remains focused and gets 2-3 more fights under his belt, he becomes a serious threat. He’s just not there yet.
Maybe someday..not today.
you mean when he's in shotsville? then tank can prove to the fans he was always better by beating him. sounds like a certain other boxer...

Apparently Tank doesnt think he has a shot. Otherwise he would not say "Only on PPV". The kid has not sold a single PPV and is not even a Main Event fighter.
Only problem is, Tank gets hit alot. When he fights backwards, he's atrocious. The ONLY chance/advantage he has over Loma is a bigger one punch shot.
Tank has never fought someone that's more talented, more athletic, higher IQ, someone who is believed to have the best amateur career of anyone ever (which relates to tons more experience), someone who is just as fast, goes to body very well, best footwork in the game, has the best defense in the game, has the best plus/minus in the game (punch stats/defense is all according to compubox)
I say that to say this: anything Tank can bring to the fight, Loma has seen it - but what Loma brings to the table is absolutely foreign to Tank at this level.
Great post, someone who understands boxing
Walters landed some hard shots on him and he held up. Walters is a big puncher. But he doesn't have the speed Tank has either. I'm interested in the fight, even if most Loma fans think he's unbeatable. Nobody's unbeatable.
I think the fight would be a thriller. Davis is fast, hits like a mule, throws a variety of punches in combinations. I dont see an easy fight for Lom at all whatsoever.
