It is obvious. After seeing Browne comotose on the canvas after a brutal KO Deontay don't want that work.
Why else would he turn down more money than he has ever earned in his life time and time again to fight lesser opponents? He is now not turning up to the AJ fight as he has heard the bodysnatcher will be looking for him!
Wilder fanboys will makes excuses that he wants AJ next and AJ is ducking. The very notion of AJ ducking someone of Wilders skills is laughable when you compare their records so far it's obvious who has the bigger balls.
Wilder don't want AJ otherwise he would be realistic in his purse split demands and realise he is the B side.Whyte is the only realistic other option instead of AJ but let's see who he fights instead. Wilder is a fake ass *****
Whyte is a good fighter but he is so much slower and less athletic than Wilder at his best win I seriously doubt he has Wilder worried. At all. Ortiz was so much more of a threat I can't even.
Wilder not going to Cardiff would be disappointing. But I doubt it has anything to do with Whyte. I just rewatched that Lucas Browne fight yesterday and Browne might have the worst right hand in boxing.
Wilder is not scared of Whyte, that's bollocks. Having said that, I do not understand why doesn't fight him. Hearn was offering him $3-4m plus exposure to the UK market. That's a career high payday and a huge increase in popularity, which likely would get him AJ after Whyte. Wilder should have taken that last year when it was offered. No idea what he's waiting for or what the hold up is.
He wants AJ next. As this goes longer though, Wilder will realize that he isn't going to get AJ next, and will likely fight Whyte just because he's No. 1 contender.

This is utter shyte. AJ gave several interviews yesterday saying 'Let me win the fight first, and if I do, I'll invite him into the ring, but my focus is Parker, not a scripted WWE face off'.
Second. He will have a Mic in his hand from Thursday on, and will be doing punditry, and commentating on the fight, as well as being able to address the world's media.
How anyone can defend this is beyond me. It's a terrible business decision, and probably why after several years as a champion Wilder is only making $1.5 million a fight. He needs to get better advice.
oh wow!!! yesterday!!! awesome!!!
that goes against what hearn has been saying for weeks
"we don't want him in our ring...dillian whyte dillian whyte....we interested in a rematch with whyte ya know"
lolol....so wilder was gonna go over there to be confronted by dillian whyte after whyte knocked out an F level club fighter?
The only reason he wanted to go the UK to watch the fight was to enter the ring and create some buzz about a fight with AJ. He's been told several times not to enter the ring. So, why should he travel to the UK only to sit ringside like an obedient pet? Nothing against Whyte, but the only fight fans are interested in is Wilder vs AJ. Why even ask for a Whyte fight when a showdown between two belt holders can be made? Don't you want to see the best fight the best?
