Dumbassed GGG haters are claiming that Brook was outboxing and peppering GGG with counters and shiet, that if it wasn't for the size difference, Brook could have pulled the W
Bull****. GGG got tagged by Brook just because GGG didn't care about Kell's powderpuff punches. While each and every one of GGG's punches were visibly hurting the Speshul One, Brook's best punches were just bouncing off GGG with no effect at all, like a kindergardener punching a grown man.
GGG felt Brook's nonexistent power at the beginning of round 1, realized he was fighting a featherfisted opponent and decided to just walk him down and bomb him out, he had zero respect for Kell's power so no need for defense or complex strategies here.
GGG clearly spared Brook's life in round 1, he could have ended things right there, when Brook was holding for dear life. but that would have been such a letdown for everybody, so GGG allowed the match to last longer, and he did it for us, the fans. so be thankful.
In the following rounds, GGG was disregarding defense a lot because his plan from the beginning was to Knock Brook the **** out, GGG knew he was gonna get robbed on the cards if he allowed the match to last 12, and he knew Brook couldn't hurt him
Brook has no power at MW, so GGG's tactic was just to walk through Brook's pillows and take him out. That's all there is to it. GGG is an excellent boxer and a very tactical destroyer with sound defense, it's just that he didn't any of his other skills for this match in particular. So stop trying to use this match as a proof of GGG's ¨glaring defensive flaws¨
Brook never had a snowball's chance in hell. Props to him for being brave unlike all the MW cowards but he was like a lamb send to the slaughterhouse here
Nobody below 175 can even tickle GGG
is that why kell made him miss, backed him up, stunned and literally knocked him up on the air with an uppercut?
Golovkin jumped with the uppercut for the fans lol
He wasn't really lifted off the floor by a welterweight haha
No boxer lets someone hit em like Brook hit GGG and leave his face marked up like that... I Like GGG but I'm not convince he can fight a strong slick fighter. Luckily for him the talent pool in his division is slim. I would love to see him VS Canelo, Lara, Spence.. yes I know none of these guys are in his weight class but like I said his division is slim when it comes to skilled strong fighters.
Brook definitely put up a fight but boxer are not stupid, I doubt GGG would be in that position against a really MW taking those same shots, like most have already pointed out GGG knew brook punches had nothing on him and he would willing to play around with the fight. I doubt he lets Lem or Jacobs in that same stance.
Sounds genuine when he says he didn't feel his power. He compliments him on his speed and distance, keeps saying how good of a fighter he is but just couldn't feel his power.

Saying he was allowing himself to be hit is a stretch, but he was chasing the knockout from the opening bell, trying to make a statement. You're going to take a few licks fighting like that.
Golovkin got exposed for being a stumbling caveman, even he graded his performance badly and Abel was practically in shambles in the corner. He's sweet pea Golovkin, tho. He gets hits when he wants, he likes the feel of his nose running blood and face swelling lol. Abel berating him was all apart of the plan. 😂
LMAO seriously. These fanboys are ridiculous

No.....
He knew Brook's punches wouldn't phase him so he gave the fans a "big drama show".
no the real reason is he knew it was a matter of time until he lands a few power shots that would be enough to deal with a welterweightlike brook
either way i actually enjoyed the fight
thats exactly my point, he knew he couldnt outbox brook so he made it into a street fight...

GGG said months ago he wanted to make it a street fight, he just disregarded Brook's power and fought like a madman lol.
Dunces on here don't realise he fights differently depending on the opponents power, watch the lemieux and and Stevens fight, he was fighting like a slick brotha in those.
he goes from mexican style to kazakhstan style when there is power in front of him...
like going from chavez sr to klitschko...
GGG outboxed Brook in every round. Rewatch the fight without emotion and that is clear to see.
you rewatch it and see the amount of wild swings he took and the amount of times he missed...
