Which match up is worse? Brook-Gavin or Khan-Algieri?

So eradicate all your biases and feelings towards any of the four fighters and please vote with your boxing brain. Firstly, Algieri lost to the second best fighter of this era and beat Ruslan Provodnikov. Whereas Gavin lost when he stepped up to European level vs Bundu who was 12-0'd vs Thurman. I can comfortably say that Provodnikov would eat "fun time" Frankie Gavin alive. On the other hand, Algieri was floored six times against Pacquiao and showed nearly nothing to be impressed about and Gavin recently got a convincing win against a terrjble opponent who should have been stopped in a look good fight (his opponent landed 9! Punches in 12 rounds). So which match up is worse? I don't want to hear any, Khan is doing this as it'll get him Mayweather as that's BS. Or any, Brook is doing this as a warm up fight to get the big fights next as Jo Jo Dan was supposed to be that warm up fight.

That's a decent lift. I can't DB press too much as it wrecked my shoulder for years. I can bench around 90kg for 5 reps but this seems to be my limit. I only weigh 70kg though, so I'm happy with that. Never gonna hit that 100kg benchmark... i feel i have more range with the dumbells, more contraction for the last 6 weeks i have been using this method, as shown by jay cultler, i was dubious at first, but it has really worked for me, less stress on the shoulders and tri's, it's all on the chest..try it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzFblmTUxYU

Box Office said Algieri was an easy defence for Provodnikov. At the time he was an unknown ESPN contender and I didn't think much especially because he was a convert in his 20s, however after that I changed my mind. Go read post#169. It made BodiesinFlight take a flight.

No cuz i bumped a old thread up a while back and he was talkin him up It was a thread someone made about Algeri being on the level of Floyds former opponents... I remember Box Office clearly saying Al was a solid boxer. Box Office said Algieri was an easy defence for Provodnikov.

Hey, I gladly admit Kessler is a sore spot for me. But honestly, Kessler is a 4-5 time world champion. Defended his belts like 10 times and was a world champion at 24-25 years old and beat Carl Froch. Why would I think a relatively simple fighter like Degale would beat Kessler? Degale honestly doesn't do anything better than Kessler from a physical or technical standpoint. He can't go 12 rounds with the viking warrior. I didn't say anything offensive? Of course you're a fan of Khan when you're pakistani. You won't find many Danes not fans of Kessler too - But at least be a little impartial about it. Against who? Some big stiff Euro bums? He can't cope with DeGale's style. If that fight is next, I'll have money on it with you that Kessler gets schooled.

i dont bench anymore, i had shoulder surgery 3 years ago dumbell chest press 45 kg on each arm flat, lower the weight a little for the incline, getting enough fiber tears/stimulation and seeing gains without sacrificing me shoulder on a cut at the mo, That's a decent lift. Was it confirmation bias that got you to such lines as "Algieri is a tremendous warrior who just can't be put down" and "Broner v Taylor was a fight of the year candidate!" when hyping the living sh.it out of Algieri? I mean, at least try some subtlety when doing your PR work. Yeah, a week before it was officially announced. The thread below is from June...............2014. Even when Khan was Unified champ defending abroad, it was never good enough. I think gavin is worse on paper but algieri feels worse. Like if I were khan and I was looking for someone to fight who wouldnt cave my face meanwhile showing that I want none from anybody that could be a threat he would be who I would choose. Algieri stands out more because its so blatant why he was chosen.
