I was pissing my pants before Bradley-Provo, Pacquiao-Bradley 2 and Pacquiao-Marquez 4 had smoking a **** load spliffs.
What do you imbibe to calm your nerves before a huge fight and more importantly what will be your poison come May 2nd? Can't wait!!!!
Does it have to do with how long you've been watching boxing maybe? I use to feel that way a while ago for big fights, but then it stopped. I felt very nervous like any fighter could just get KO'ed any second of the first 3 rounds. I don't really care anymore. I don't feel that way now.
may 2nd. it happens.
floyd fan, im ****ting it, pac is damn good, i respect both fighters, i like pac too.
pacs going to do his best fight like every opponant floyd fights.
may the best man win.
I do my usual daily activities as if there was no fight. Then I keep this idea in the back of my head that I'm going to have an awesome show at night that I'm looking forward to. I guess I don't go all crazy like I used to in my younger days.
Hey, at least we only got to wait 2 months for this one since it's announcement. That's a relief.
fights are the only time I'll drink, so usually I talk alot of ****. When I'm hosting usually nothing comes of it, I'll talk all the **** I like in my own apartment. when I'm the away team it sometimes leads to fists, mostly if it's someone I don't know. it's usually over pretty quick, no one wants to miss a fight over two drunks arguing :smashfrea
Missed Golovkin-Murray like that. The anticipation for this Pac-May fight is going to be off the scale.
No lie, I did the same **** too! lol I took a nap during the day and I forgot the fight was in Monaco and not in the states, SMH. My friend woke me up and said that fight was on, I thought he was bull****in me but then I remembered the fight was in Monaco. lol
There Is no other sport that provokes severe full blown anxiety attacks like boxing. I recall watching the first Rahman/Lewis fight and losing It when Rahman landed that perfect right that knocked Lewis out. That was a beautiful moment. It Is extremely difficult to remain calm during a big fight.
Drink beer!! Lots of beer! But not so much that you have to close one eye to cut out double vision!
I'm normally pacing around during anthems telling my mrs " I fu@king love this sh1t " over and over!!!

Ouch but we all have missed one like that I just learned my lesson early and now always set my alarm. Especially for big fights, because sometimes they have 4 undercards and 3 of them are sh*t and mismatches nobody wants to see.
