Why is Richard Schaefer negotiating the Pac/Mayweather fight???

First everyone said Manny would duck Pac...now theyre in fight talks and you guys are still bitching... Floyd will completly outsmart and outbox Pac. huh????:dunce:

That and he didn't want to be promoted by Arum again. truthfully, im breathing a sigh of releif, because without a doubt, floyd really did come back for the legacy and for pride. Regardless of what he may say out of anger and interviews. giving him the benefit of the doubt for a year and a half without a doubt paid off, as opposed to getting emotional and hanging off every word he says, i swear that guy flys off the handle in interviews and says things he doesnt even mean.

Then why does GBP allow the lie they never cry foul ,,,,, and ,,,, why does Oscar announce , and promoted by GBP and Mayweather promotions , could it be because they work for Floyd and dont dictate to Floyd which is what an outside promoter such as Arum does , Floyd is using their muscle wisely and nobody can say Floyd is not a smart operator . They probably have an agreement there, Mayweather is an egotistical guy, he doesn't want to be known as the guy being promoted as GBP and GBP wants to keep him happy so they just say whatever it is they say. Whatever deal Mayweather has with Golden Boy Promotions surely he either pays them a fee or a percentage which cuts away at profits as opposed to something done solely by Mayweather promotions. So how is that any different from the fee Pac pays toprank??? I believe Golden Boy takes a rate based on work done, while Arum takes a cut. You could say Floyd is outsourcing the promotion of his fights to Golden Boy.

Floyd has a co-promotion deal with Golden Boy for a certain amount if fights (I think it is three)... Not exactly, it is kind of a mutually beneficial relationship Floyd gets to use Golden Boys resources to premote his fights (for a fee of course) and Golden Boy gets to be involved in his events which are always big events. I think Floyd could dump Golden Boy but they have done good business together so why mess with that relationship if they are doing right by him. He is certainly aligned with Golden Boy though.

It was made pretty clear when the Marquze fight was announced that Schaefer would be part of whatever plan Mayweather had, why would Floyd give him a "list" (real or not) if he was not going to be part of future fights. Schaefer and Mayweather working together was made clear right there.
