My understanding is part ownership of the UFC was sold to an interest in Abu Dhabi. This is why the card is stacked. Opening a new venue, with part ownership they wanted to put the best fighters on show. IT is still all about money.

Abu Dahbi would have been hit even if Station wasn't in a bit of trouble. They're sort of an institute in helping keeping fighters afloat as well as set the grappling world to the next level.

It's just right time right place and everyone is healthy.

after all it costs the UFC to put on the show right?

so why wouldn't it be about the money? Dana and all parties involved want some kind of profit for this show.
